Mark has been cutting my hair for many years, his attention to detail has never wavered.

I was greeted 2 minutes late by my stylist. His name is Isaac. The owner, the GOAT! At first I was like, 2 mins late?! I’ve got a life to get on with. Luckily Isaac has good chat, so time went so much faster. I got a fresh trim, and a look that would make most question me (hopefully for good reason) he then showed me the back of my head, does make you wonder why he does that, I loved it so much I’ve considered walking around backwards constantly.
All in all solid service and a solid trim by the GOAT

As I was losing my hair due to chemo, I needed advice on scalp care and choosing a wig.
I was first booked in with Kellie and a second appointment with Amy.
On entering the salon, I was greeted and looked after by different members of the team.
Kellie was amazing at offering advice on everything I needed and did this in an empathetic way, but being honest in my options.
I didn’t feel rushed to choose a wig and due to the private space upstairs, I felt
comfortable and safe.
I returned a day later to have the wig trimmed and this was done with Amy, who was also amazing in exactly the same way.

I am always greeted as if I am someone special, everyone smiles and says hello. I only have my hair cut, but am treated as if I am a very valued customer. Lauren always remembers the little but so important things like the fact I have grandsons. I look forward to going every 6 weeks.
