Disappointing and not terribly thorough. Due to unexpected client (me) did not know where everything was and therefore was unable to wipe legs free of oil before commencing treatment.

A positive experience for a first-time teen ear piercing. Lots of earrings to choose from & Rachel marked the ear, so my daughter could see if she liked the placement before the piercing. Aftercare solution & instructions included.

Claire is a fantastic beautician who always provides an excellent service. She makes you feel at ease and the end results are top class.

The salon were really accommodating of some difficulties I had with attending the appointment. The package was bought for me as a birthday gift and I really enjoyed it. Brilliant massage and my nails look great! If I lived nearer I would come back! Zoe was very friendly and easy to chat to. Thank you for a nice experience, I really needed some pampering and that’s what I got!

I love going to the Olney house of Beauty for a bit of me time, Cláire and Jade who usually see me are smashing ladies and I always have a great relaxing time chatting. Today without any notification. I was informed the prices had gone up, by 15% without warning !! I know businesses have struggled but please why stick a massive increase in now ??
Well like most I also have to budget so rather go every 3 to 4 weeks I will now drop my frequency, I think my next appointment is Xmas !!
