This is one of the most positive salons I have ever been to. The staff are so welcoming and really put you at ease. They are so knowledgable about what suits your face shape/ skin tone and really work hard to make sure you come out looking really amazing. Going to TwentyFour is like therapy for my soul. I also love all the salons decor and how professional and clean it is. It is just a little piece of heaven to go there. Thank you.

Great service. Lovely atmosphere. Great hair wash and head massage from Werner - Nikki always discusses my expectations before styling and I leave feeling fabulous.

I’ve been to Twenty Four a few times before and always been happy.
However, in December I was so upset and disappointed when my hair was messed up twice after asking for ash blonde balayage. The worst thing was when I spoke to the manager, I was accused of turning off the timer??! and that I seemed happy when I left. I was told I should go somewhere else as they can’t give me what I want.
I just wanted ash blonde balayage, I can’t see why this was so hard. I’ve had my hair coloured blonde for the last twenty years so know what can be done in my hair. The first time was yellow blonde far too high to the roots and after a revisit to make it more ashy, they put it back to my natural colour. I appreciate I didn’t complain when I left both times but it’s not until your home and in natural light with my hair styled curly that it’s clear it isn’t right.
They did give me a refund so I was unsure whether to share this review, but they need to realise they can’t treat genuine customers this way, accusing them of turning off timers?? awful service!!

Claire did my hair she was really friendly and provided me with great service. I have been using this salon for many years and will continue to do so due to always getting a great service.

A fantastic salon with a wonderful and experienced stylists. Akira is bubbly, full of useful advice on caring for tricky hair, and does brilliant job. We always leVe the salon feeling fantastic!

Perfect- Becca was very kind and did a fantastic job and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I'm sorry that I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who did my shampoo but he was exactly the same too. Will absolutely be back!

Fantastic as always

My 3 daughters (5, 12 & 14) had their hair cuts today, one a huge change to style. We were so pleased, lovely staff, relaxed visit, and couldn't be happier with the cuts, fantastic.

It’s the first time I’ve been to this salon and I had a fantastic experience. Akira listened to what I wanted and the result was incredible. She provided a lot of information regarding good hair care and maintenance. Can’t say enough about how pleased I am! Definitely will return!

I've had my hair done at this salon for years. Always great service. Makes you feel pampered, boosted & the quality of the colour & cut is always excellent. I get a lot of compliments about my hair which shows how good this salon is.

Katie is such an excellent hairdresser. I know she’ll always do a really good job, she understands my hair type so well.

After a difficult week I had a wonderful wash and head massage , think the best yet !!
I said to the lovely guy he should study Indian head massage !!
Then as usual a great cut and blow dry from the lovely Katie .
