My experience today was a very enjoyable one under the current circumstances, the staff were all very friendly and made me feel safe and at ease.

As we have all looked forward to our first visit , I must admit I felt slightly apprehensive .
There was no need .
I was met at the door temp taken all was very spaced out .
It was lovely to see Jess had a great chat and hair cut and as I felt so safe have booked for colour too next time .
Well done for all your hard work in making my experience a fab one .

I am one of Andrews support workers and work for Mencap As he has learning difficulties. I can honestly say that I was absolutely impressed with the way that he was treated Louisa was extremely patient with him and really took the time and care to ensure that he understood what she was going to do so much so that he wants to go back again.

So, in my battle against the grey I’ve changed my hair colour. Akira has done a fabulous job she’s got a great eye. I’m so pleased with it. As usual the 24 team are a great bunch. Thank you Akira.

Got an appointment quickly. My usual hairdresser was away but I knew I'd get a good haircut with any of the other staff - and I did!

Always a relaxing experience at TwentyFour. Ed is brilliant, always listens and knows what I want. The whole team focus on a bespoke experience for each individual and are super efficient.

As always a professional salon with super stylists and junior staff. Always a pleasurable experience. There
was a slight delay today but this was very quickly addressed in a very pleasant manner! First class!
