Lauren has been my stylist for over 5 years. I completely trust her with my hair she always checks I have been happy with my previous cut and colour and she always checks what I want from the appointment that day and doesn’t just make assumptions. I have seen Lauren grow into her new management role she is an asset very professional and cares about her team and has great people skills.

Crystal did Balayage, a cut and finish on my hair today and I am really happy with the end result. It was my first time at this salon but won't be my last as I had a lovely experience and love my new hair ?

I have used Ebony for many years now & she is always outstanding. I always come out loving my hair & feeling happy. Today she went out of her working hours to fit me in for my hair appt as I have a wedding on Thursday. I feel so appreciative that she did this when she didn’t have to. Ebony is such a lovely and talented hairdresser & I am always more than satisfied when I leave the salon.

I had a cheap haircut by a trainee Crystal or Christine (sorry I forgot your name) and she was lovely, welcoming, professional and and chatty but not overwhelming. Then a girl named Ebony checked few times and helped out. Very good service.
My only complaint is that when I arrived 7 minutes earlier, the sign said to wait outside which is fair due to covid, but the staff who had some sort of training inside, just all looked at me and went back to the training. No one even walked up to me to say anything.
I walked away and thought I'll have have look around shops to give them few minutes and went back and then a blond lady came out and asked politely to wait a few minutes because they're having a training. My first impression was ruined and I left annoyed to the shop Next door to have a browse so I don't have to stand at the door for 5 minutes. A Customer is very important and I felt ignored. Luckily the trainee and the attentiveness of the staff made up for it during my visit.
Also, you could get some plant milk for the tea or coffee in the future, many people are intolerant to dairy or are plant based and would love a nice hot drink at your lovely salon.

I came into Browns after having a bad haircut in a different salon that I needed them to fix. Crystal was brilliant - she was really professional and explained what she was doing the whole way through. Despite the fact that I had come in needing an emergency cut, she still made it feel like a relaxing and enjoyable visit. My hair was pretty awful when I arrived and I didn’t have much hope for it but Crystal did a great job in fixing and styling it as well as giving tips on how to maintain it in the future.

Crystal was brilliant, my little girl loved her “bangs” brilliant service . There was also another girl there who watched over her was brilliant at advising her.

I always look and feel beautiful after my appointment. Warm and welcome atmosphere with a great hairdresser. As always my hair looks great! Thank you

I love my new style it is exactly what I wanted. Ebony took a great deal of time to get it exactly right.

What a lot of learining in a month. Last month hesitant and seeking guidance on her first salon style cut. This month bouncy, confident, straight in, remembering my quirks and only seeking the senior stylists expertise and experience at start & end. Lovely wash, cut, blowdry & cup of tea. Felt very looked after and cheered.

I was made very welcome and by the young lady with ebony today made sure I was comfortable and got me a drink of my choice ebony came over to see what I was having done she said the young lady was going to wash my hair sorry I didn't get her name she was very good chatting all the time then ebony took over she is a fantastic hairdresser and has made me feel so comfortable while in the hairdressers I would recommend ebony to anyone
