I’ve been a Browns customer for a number of years and always have a wonderfully warm, friendly and talented succession of stylists who suggest updates, cut vogue styles and make me look and feel great. Kay is my current stylist and I adore her.

Nice cut until my fringe was cut too short and there was no going back after that. Just a little disappointed for the price I paid. Really enjoyed previous hairdresser as she cut it in stages checking if I wanted a little more off or not - would have preferred that rather than cut it and just have to deal with it - sorry, everything good other than that and price.

Stratford Browns Salon. Lauren. I have been coming to Lauren at Browns for a few years now, always something to look forward to. Lauren is always a delight, chatty, friendly and extremely professional. She shows a maturity beyond her years and is able to relate to me, remember my family, organise the staff, welcome customers and give a fantastic all round service. My hair looked amazing and I felt ‘great’ .
