Grace was very professional and gave me a great hair cut as to what I asked for. Even though she is training she was very fast and managed to complete my visit to the salon within the hour. My hair also isn't the easiest to dry!

I had the pleasure of Grace doing my hair. She's newly qualified yet has confidence, is polite and super careful checking at all times if I was happy.

Unfortunately the apprentice I had booked was unable to honour my appointment so I got a different apprentice and they were just great. Lots of support from their senior colleagues and I was so happy with my cut and blow dry.
Arrived early and was seen fairly promptly by the friendly staff!
My experience with Grace was lovely. Very informative in how to treat my curly hair. Listened to what I wanted and gave me advice on what would most suit me. I was exceptionally pleased with the blow dry!

I had colour with Amy and cut and style with Lilli, both amazing. Love my colour and love my cut and blow dry, I’m just sad that I can’t have Lilli blow dry my hair every day! I am disappointed with my hair cut I had with the art director.I looked at the reviews and website and based on that I thought is up the market hair salon but experience was not good I said I don’t want choppy hair style and what I get a choppy haircut don’t listen very poor customer service from start even washing hair don’t even ask how is water to hot ,and this mentality carries through the rest of experience I am shocked that this saloon have all this good reviews .
