Recently relocated to the area. Booked my first appointment today and I was delighted with Tori. The cut and styling was great. As a new customer I also got a complimentary conditioning treatment and a free blow-dry. Which was an added bonus. Highly recommend. Tori was 5*

Visited the salon for hair colour and cut. Fairly happy with the overall look but would have preferred it to the be collarbone length as asked for not as short as it is but it will grow out. Colours very nice. Air conditioning units around the salon made it noisy and cold when sitting in the way of the blowy fan and with windows open too. Staff friendly and knowledgable and did a good job overall.

Lovely friendly greeting from reception staff on arrival. My first visit to this salon and felt
Warmly welcome. I had a good consultation with Lilli and l am very happy with my cut and blow dry. Also the hair wash, treatment and head massage was very enjoyable and relaxing.
I was a bit shocked when I paid as when I booked it was £60 on the booking. I was charged £70.25. I did not say anything before leaving. Look forward to visiting again.

The lovely lady wirh the auburn hair: can’t remember her name. Her service is excellent, the salon is excellent. Everyone is very kind and thoughtful and caring right through the whole appointment. I did ask for a red multi tone colour though and I don’t believe I have this. I have copper and blonde, but the base colour isn’t what I wanted. I imagined it to be more red like I asked for so the colour isn’t what I’m happy with how it’s come out. And I haven’t managed to find anyone to help me correct it ahead of a weddinf we are attending on 5th august

Grace was AMAZING. I didn’t quite know what I wanted from my colour appointment but she had some great suggestions which were perfectly executed and I reckon it’s the best colour I’ve ever had! I’m quite a nervous ‘hairdresser goer’ but I felt totally at ease and Grace did a fab job, just as she had done the previous week with my cut. Very pleased and Grace, you should be very proud of yourself as you’re clearly a very talented hairdresser :)
