My hair is very very nice. Coral did an amazing job with my hair. I find it difficult to relax to have my haircut but since Coral has been cutting my hair, I feel so relaxed with her. I feel so relaxed when she massages my head. Coral is so nice.

Erm, not impressed if I’m honest.
What was good - wash and little head massage for conditioner.
Not good - pretty much the whole blow dry! I specifically said/asked several times for something to stop friz and to protect. She sprayed a bit of stuff at the back but not sides and front. I kept asking/ said I use a lot of oil before drying my hair. As she dried you could feel the brush catching and literally dragging my head down. It felt & looked fluffy and dry. She kept saying she’d put oil on after????? By the time I got home I looked like a toilet brush. Never happened before and I had to re blow dry it myself! And I’d paid £34. Clearly not great. Please listen to the client as they know their own hair.

Hello, I was afraid of coloring my hair, it seems to me that in a very easy way you could get the color of my hair that I wanted (I showed a photo), but it didn't happen :( after coloring, the light hair just became very dark, I didn't expect such an effect and it's more I'm disappointed, of course at the end I said it's good because it's my problem that I can't judge someone badly... I know I can't do anything anymore because before coloring my hair was damaged from bleaching it and I just can't do it anymore I have to lighten them again, I'm very disappointed. Generally, the lady was very nice and the atmosphere was good, but unfortunately the color was wrong. I think I explained it well and when the lady saw the photo I showed, she didn't say it couldn't be done... sad..
