A wonderful experience with great hairdressers

Great haircuts and styling every time in relaxed surroundings !!

Today was my third time at Muir & Kerr, Cambridge over the last 6 months - the 2nd with Jamie at the Cherry Hinton salon, with a visit to Missy at the Milton Road Salon in-between. The booking system is easy and efficient and both stylists and salons were excellent for both colour and cut - friendly, skilled and professional and all the staff were lovely. It's good to feel so comfortable and in safe hands when trying out a new hairdresser. Top class all round. Thank you.

I went for a blonde balayage and cut, and needed to get it done as quickly as possible - not an easy task! Fran did a fantastic job of speedily dying and cutting my hair - it looks brilliant! And I very much enjoyed the chit chat after 6 months of only talking to people I know (darn COVID). Salon was very COVID safe too - I feet secure and that I wasn’t catching it from anyone there!

Always love the outcome whenever I come here. Know exactly what I want. Staff are friendly and professional.

Lovely relaxing time.

Caitlin was fantastic, it was a long appointment (3.5 hours) but she did a lovely job and I’m thrilled with the results!

Jamie has been cutting my hair for about 15 years and always does a brilliant job. Amy has done my pedicure a couple of times and also does an excellent job.
The salon has a friendly but professional atmosphere and it is always an enjoyable experience to go there. It is always clean and tidy and they have made it Covid-secure to keep clients and staff safe.
Highly recommended!

Highly professional and friendly staff. It's reassuring that the recommended Covid rules have been implemented and adhered to if anyone is worried about entering a salon at this time. ED and his staff always have time to discuss your hairdressing needs and to offer suggestions if you are unsure of what might suit you. A great all round experience.

I had a great haircut today with Laura. I didn’t know what to do with my quarantine hair but we figured it out together and I’ve left with a lovely new style! Lots of great safety precautions including lots of cleaning and sterilizing and space between customers, brilliant! Thanks!

As always greeted with friendly, smiling staff. Exemplary following of Corona virus guidelines. My stylist Jamie has cut my hair for more than 11 years and I'm always 100% delighted with my cut. Highly recommend this salon.

Ed is always the best. He cuts hair so skilfully and is such a pleasure to talk with - great therapy for a psychiatric nurse in need of care and attention !

Eddie did a good job restyling and listened to my points about my hair.
However I was surprised at the charge of £98, it was £92 when I had highlights/cut. As I did not have highlights on all my hair, and its a short length to work with? Sorry

After 5 months in need of a haircut; today was a proper treat. Chloe was fab and really reassuring with Covid guidance (checked my temperature, sanitised my hands & wore a face shield throughout) but this didn’t stop her being super friendly. Thank you for a great haircut; I feel 100 times better - feels good to not have so much hair with the warmer weather. Take care.

I went to the salon last Saturday and I found that they are following excellent protocols to keep the virus under control. At the entrance, they check the temperature and ask customers to use hand sanitiser. Most importantly, the service was outstanding... my new hairstyle is fantastic. I feel very happy!! thanks a lot
