Been coming to your salon for nearly eleven years now and Jamie has always cut my hair... he's great. The staff are friendly and welcoming and very professional. There's always a drink and seasonal cake or biscuit to be had. I'd recommend Muir and Kerr 10/10?

Pleasantly greeted at reception, coat taken and hung up, dink offered and accepted whilst waiting. . Junior member, who washed my hair prior to cut was very polite, chatty but not false. Further drink offered prior to cutting. Stylist took time to understand what I wanted. Happy with the result and have re-booked. Overall experience relaxed and pleasant.

This is a great place, stylish haircuts and a really easy going atmosphere. I have gone through lots of different lengths and hairstyles and colours and at every stage Jamie was helping me figure out what I wanted and then make it happen. ?

Went for beauty treatments all the reception staff were welcoming and drinks offered straight away. The beauty treatment were done in a calming room. The treatments themselves were great value for money with great service give happily recommend to anyone . I then had a haircut , the hairdresser was great at making you feel at ease and get to know you before talking about what I wanted doing service again was great

My experience was fantastic. Fran was so lovely and she really rescued my hair. Brilliant service.

Had a lovely wash, cut and blow dry today with Ed, as expected good banter, putting you as ease. I do tend to get a little anxious when it comes to having my hair done, an age thing, but all good, just next time I want at least 10 years knocked off.

Cut and colour with Ed today and with help from Caitlin. Gorgeous colouring and a creative cut from Ed. I love my salon appointments. The team are so friendly and helpful.
