Although Fay was not there to do my highlights I was very lucky Amy could fit me in. My cut was done by Sarah (as always) and of course the result was amazing!! I always enjoy my visits as everyone is lovely.

Myesha always gives me a terrific haircut & yesterday was no exception. The cut is everything, & it means my hair is really easy to manage. The added bonus was a cup if water as I was waiting outside before checking in. I should also add that the management if all the Covid-associated rules has been terrific.

Came and saw Zoe yesterday for the first time. I described what I wanted, she nodded and created exactly the hair style I was after! I'm thrilled with my haircut and the overall experience in the salon. It was wonderful to see the team wearing masks and distancing still being observed. Thank you

Excellent as always. It’s such a treat and I always leave feeling as though I have had Claire’s undivided attention. She’s brilliant.

Prior to my appointment I spent £18 on Colourstart test and uploaded results to be told they hadn’t received them. After showing my results and wasting at least 15 minutes they carried on and did highlights. Towards the end of the colour I was asked if I wanted an express blow dry, I had booked in April 21 a cut and blow dry after highlights with Sarah to be told it was just a highlights appointment. I was told another stylist would be free an hour and half after colour so to go away and do some shopping and come back at 4.15. I left the salon at 2.45 with my hair very roughly dried and damp. I was informed it would need another shampooing before it was cut as I “had left the salon so needed to wash again because of covid risk”. After wandering round Cambridge I decided I did not wish to return to a stylist I’m unfamiliar with and felt customer service was appalling. I regularly spend over £200 every time I have an appointment at this salon but not again…I was made to feel uncomfortable, a vague apology and no compensation for incompetent service.

Fantastic highlights, perfect selection of colours giving me the natural look I love! Becky’s highlights are the best I’ve ever had, she listens to what the customer wants and delivers. Great friendly service from all the team!

Charlotte is such a lovely lady with a warm personality and always makes me feel so welcome - I feel like I am chatting with an old friend. She remembers what I like and understands my tastes - I feel very special, happy, 10feet tall and relaxed when I walk out the salon. Charlotte is such an asset to the salon. I love my visits.

Amy is lovely and listens to what you want to have your hair like, she explains well, is nice to talk to and is attentive.

Felt like a change , Zoe has done my hair about 4 times now and was going to go shorter, she played with it and I ended up with a more wispy fuller long hair which is absolutely lovely! Her expertise shines through. Big thank you xx

The worst hair experience I have ever had, started 20 minutes late, put no style in my hair after giving me what can only be described a black adder bowl cut and cut my neck using clippers when she didn’t even need to use clippers.

First hair cut since before the first lockdown and I was really impressed with the experience Claire is amazing and I walked out feeling amazing ?
