Brilliant post- lockdown cut. I’m so pleased. Myesha took her time, offered advice and listened to what I wanted.

I really enjoyed the whole experience - my hair was in much need of a cut & Sarah did a total restyle for me, exactly how I wanted. It felt great & I love the end result. Lovely atmosphere in the salon too & great to chat. Thanks so much to Sarah and the whole team.

Clare is brilliant!

The haircut looked great after the blow dry, but the next day when I washed my hair, the haircut looks terrible. Uneven with no finish. Though hairstylist really tried to do their best, but I was disappointed the next day and have tied up my hair in a pony, can only wait for my hair to grow back a bit so I can have a decent haircut. Will not risk my hair with toni guy again.

Was good, but not enough ventilating. The salon is doing all the "required" stuff well, including the (completely ineffective) plastic screens between stations. But the most important thing is to prevent one person subsequently breathing another person's exhaled air. Think "passive smoking". You need all your windows open - it should be windy indoors!

Fantastic haircut as always, Paolo works with you to achieve the best results, whilst taking into account manageability of a hairstyle to suit needs. Paolo has a great personality and is so easy to chat to. My daughter and I both enjoy our appointments and trust Paolo to cut and style our hair.

It had been over 15 months since I have been able to return to my outstanding & fantastic hair salon. The service & standard has always been & still is extremely exceptional. I travel over 45 minutes each way & would never consider any other salon.
I’ve been visiting for over 20 years now & hope to for the next 20 years & more!

Delighted to return to. Cambridge Salon where my hairstylist was so helpful. Came out feeling very glamorous after a careful search for a new style. Top marks and thank you.

Booked for cut&colour but advised I hadn’t . No one available to cut hair. 50 round trip made . Not offered coffee as others were having a treatment. Felt very rushed. The top section of building was extremely cold Not a great experience. Probably won’t be returning. The young lady who washed/blow dried hair was very pleasant though. I know these are strange times but Customer Care is the key to making customers feel valued. Didn’t feel valued on this visit.

Loved being back! It was so great to finally get my hair cut after such a long year! The salon was very clean, covid measures were good and everyone was super friendly.

I have been cutting my hair w Paolo for a king time. He is very good.

Having been a client of Sarah's for 20 years, she has always done a fantastic job with my hair. Her cuts are excellent. She always make you feel tou're her only client. She knows all the latest styles and loves a challenge. Couldn't recommend her highly enough

After having several appointments cancelled in new lockdowns , it was brilliant to come back to at least get a haircut. The service was excellent, everything calm, welcoming and well ordered . Lovely to have material gowns again! But best if all was the personal treatment from Sarah from consultation, wash and cut. Several people have already commented on what a good cut it has been. Literally a weight off my mind and my head!

In extremely vulnerable category no hair cut for 7 months. Looked like a grey haired witch. Left on a high with usual fantastic hair cut. He manages to make my extremely straight, fine hair into a stylish superbly cut hairdo. I rate him highly. Service should be five star

Fantastic hair cut again. Such a friendly stylist who really takes the time to listen to what you want and make suggestions. Doesn't rush and also offers great restaurant recommendations! There's a reason I only ever ask for Charlotte, because she is just great!
