The wonderful Zoe also cut my hair. Having worked in and managed operating theatres all my working life, I can verify that all the standards for hygiene and cleanliness are very impressive. The staff are very professional. Anne is a fabulous therapist, I can not fault the quality of the standards of care. Laura has given me the best cut ever, even my husband noticed.All the staff have been supportive with my increasing deafness.The ambience of the salon is very relaxed and friendly.

As ever I was very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the team. It is always a joy to visit and Paolo always knows just what to do with my unruly curls.However, on this visit I wanted to purchase a gift card for my daughter-in-law as a Christmas gift. This has always been very straightforward but the young lady on reception explained that although I could take a plastic card to give as a gift there would not actually be any monetary value to the card. The receipt would be emailed to me. As I was paying for my own haircut at the same time everything was put on the same receipt. The problem now is that I have to give the receipt to my daughter-in-law so that she can use the gift card. Also the number of the gift card is not on the receipt, it all seems very complicated for something that used to be so simple. I might as well have just given her cash.

Disappointed with my cut. I showed my stylist a picture of what i wanted, a simple bob cut that is graduated and longer at the front. Instead i have a bob cut that is straight all the way around, very old fashioned, i think she took a look at my age and thought that an old fashioned cut would do. I even explained that i didn't want it too short as i was letting it grow for a wedding next year but this obviously fell on deaf ears. I was in the salon a total of 28 minutes, i felt that i was a rush job. I did explain on arrival that i had to be out by a certain time but that was allowing 90 minutes so no need to rush the cut. I was really please the last time but not sure i will be revisiting after this experience.

As always very pleased with the colouring done by Fay and her friendly warm character. I have been a costumer of hers for many years now and have no wish to change my colourist.

Very happy with the colour by Becky and Amy cut my very fine hair really well. Missed an appointment because of the lockdown so feeling more presentable now. Very well organised and COVID safe environment.
