I always have a great time at T&G in Cambridge. Chris is my usual hairdresser, and as the co-Head of the salon he’s fab. The team is sweet and efficient. Cannot be faulted.

As always Sarah worked her magic. Sarah and Angelina look after me so well. I am thrilled with the result and this is why I have travelled back to Toni and Guy Cambridge from the Isle of Wight for the last 4 years! It’s definitely worth all the hassle of ferries and traffic jams.

Having a hair cut at Toni and Guy is not just ‘having a hair cut’ - I get to catch up with Charlotte who has become (not only my trusted hairdresser) but a great friend. Each time, I’m left feeling relaxed, happy and looking forward to the next time. A great place to get your hair cut in the picturesque town of Cambridge. I’d always give the results 10/10 and I encourage everyone to go.

Fay highlighted and glossed my hair yesterday. I am so pleased with the effect and Fay was absolutely lovely. She was so helpful and friendly as were all the staff I saw.

A super cut from a very skilled and interested trainee. Her trainers were also keen to teach and made sure I was happy. The salon also was lovely and didn't have horrid music blaring ,(other salons please take note!)

My appt was at 8am this morning and this is an indicator of the strength of customer care delivered by the T&G Cambridge team - they all look to meet your needs as the customer. Warm and friendly welcome and attentive delivery of service always leaves me feeling like I have spent the morning with good friends who care.

The excellent service started from booking when the lady on reception was really helpful and managed to get me an appointment. On the day of visits it was friendly, good service and and the lady who dyed my hair and the lady who cut were both friendly and attentive. Very professional.

My hair is not easy to cut. Claire really pays attention to any requests that I have. She takes as much time as she needs to understand what I’m looking for and doesn’t make me feel hurried. I appreciate her honest feedback and she’s not afraid to speak up if she feels that I’m not on the right path. The result is a beautiful cut every time that suits me and face shape. Thank you Claire

Always lovely to see Claire, she has great skill at being able to understand exactly what I want despite me never being very good at articulating it! Another fantastic haircut that has left me feeling brilliant!
