I had the best experience of all time at my last visit to Toni&Guy. My hairdresser was called Frankie and she was lovely! Firstly listening to what i wanted to do to my hair and adding her own opinion the end result was amazing. Whilst doing my hair she was very kind and i got on eith her on a personal level as well. She also gave me alot of advise and tips for my hair. All in all 5/5 , she made my experience very enjoyable.

Arrived in a sleepless fluster with my 15 week old baby. Myesha and team went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure our visit was calm and enjoyable. Myesha has cut my hair 4 or 5 times since I moved to Cambridge so it was with complete trust and anticipation I went for a dramatic change of style from mid-length to short. And as always, I left feeling a million dollars! Thank you again Myesha and colleagues at Toni and guy, Cambridge!

Sarah has cut my hair for a number of years and I have never been disappointed. I like a natural look for my curly hair and she understands that perfectly. The atmosphere in the salon is busy but relaxing.

As always an excellent ex poo experience, especially the young girl who looked after me before my haircut and who washed my hair. Not had my haircut by Caitlin before but will definitely ask for her again.

Caitlin was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She was really cheerful and chatty with me even though I was late & kept her waiting and I was very stressed when I got to the salon from rushing/getting lost. She put me at ease and didn’t rush me and gave me a really god hair cut and style. I would highly recommend Caitlin.

My first time with Caitlin. Walked in with sad, stringy, lifeless hair and walked out with bouncy fresh hair with ample volume and movement. Caitlin listened carefully to what I asked of her and delivered completely. Yeay, I’m going back. Thanks!!

First time using this salon and loved it! Anne was the best ever at colouring! Chris great stylist cutting my hair into new lob style and even this morning was so easy to style again. Also felt valued as customer which cannot be said for previous salon in Cambridge- i had issue with colour they had done and they weren’t interested in putting right, too busy sat talking always, so took business elsewhere. It makes a big difference especially when spending alot of hard earnt money! Already looking forward to going back .

Myesha was excellent - on time, listened to what I wanted, made some very sensible suggestions and then styled my hair superbly. She was also very good company. All the other staff - lady who washed my hair and the reception staff - were also great - both friendly and professional. Well done everybody.

My first and last time in this salon. The shampoo experience was disappointing. Salon apprentice was rude and rushed me. Stylist was pleasant. Half hearted team. No professionalism. I will be returning to Scruffs

I have booked my appointment with Amy, as she was recommended by my friend. I had a massive disaster with my highlights from different salon and was really worried if Amy will be able to do anything with my hair. But not just she really listened my concerns, but also show her attention to details and her hairdresser knowledge advising me what is best for me. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you

Caitlin always gives me an excellent cut; the whole experience is so relaxing and enjoyable too. Thoroughly worth spending a bit more on a haircut!

I truly enjoyed my visit to the Cambridge salon today. Firstly, the salon is so welcoming and in a fantastic building. All the staff are amazing and make you feel special. This is my second visit and I will be recommending all my friends.

2nd appointment with Myeesha yesterday. She really knows her stuff. I will never go anywhere else so long as she is there - she gave me the best cut I've ever had & I'm talking decades - & Toni&Guy is a great salon with lovely staff

Highlights were great and colour technician is very professional but girl who washed my hair offered a head massage but it was the most boring repetitive head massage I’ve had in there She needs training!
The girl who dried my hair stunk of smoke, very unpleasant, especially when her hands were near my face. Needs to wash her hands after smoking!!
Have been back since and had a great head massage since though!

This was My first haircut at Toni & Guy Cambridge and I am very pleased with the result. Paolo recommended a much shorter style and it is just what I was after.
