Claire cut my hair and did an amazing job. It was exactly what I wanted and she was fantastic.
The salon is welcoming from the minute you step inside. Attentive staff and Claire always gives you her full attention and does an amazing job. Cannot fault my experience

As a regular customer of Cambridge I experienced a different service today when I had to select a wig for my impending hair loss. Charlotte was brilliant and I have my new wig ready for when needed. All the staff who know me were kind and supportive. A huge thank you to all for making a difficult time very easy.

Always a great atmosphere, always a great haircut. I leave feeling pampered and relaxed :) Can't complain !

Love this salon - made very welcome by such lovely staff and enjoyed the whole experience and we (grand-daughter, Daughter and myself) couldn't be happier with our new hair cuts. Had fun - thank you to Paolo, Caitlin and Charlotte.

The staff at Toni and Guy were all very nice and friendly, and when I explained to the stylist what I wanted she seemed to instantly understand and I am very happy with the result of the cut. However during the blow dry I could smell hair burning, and the next day after washing my hair I can still smell the burnt smell. I have very healthy hair so it should recover but I do advise perhaps more attention to the hair dry.

I have very curly hair and I struggle to find someone who is good at cutting curly hair. I was really impressed with Tiffany. My hair is in a lot better condition thanks to her.

Had an excellent hair cut and experience - I have long hair which takes quite a while, but they were professional and polite throughout, listened to what I wanted, and my haircut is great!

Today 8th of July I had my roots done. It is always good as the technician is very experienced. However my hair was blow dried by a trainee and it was a disaster. It seems that is what always happens. It is Very dissapointing after you have been to Tony & Guy and having paid the price to come put looking worse than you were in.

Every 5 or 6 weeks I walk in through the door never knowing what I want, but knowing I want something different, every 5 or 6 weeks you deliver! My colour is always perfect, and a bit different and my cut is always flawless and unique. Thank you, can't wait to visit again.

Angelina and staff helpful make you feel welcome. Angelina always does a great job nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend.

Not so keen on the hair products, my hair needed washing the same afternoon, but after washing looks anazing every time!

Recently had my hair cut by Myesha at Toni & Guy Cambridge. Both she and the team were excellent and she was super creative with my hair, tapping into the kind of person I am and the job I do. It was a brilliant experience - and the haircut was top notch.

Not the cheapest but definitely worth it.

always get excellent service from T & G Cambridge. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went in wanting a good hair cut as I should for the cost. However all I was offered was a 'London hair style''. When I did not want to go with the latest trend the hair dresser got snippy and I felt very looked down on for not wanting the latest trends. She cut the bottom of my hair but didn't cut the rest even after I said I wanted light layers and for it to be thinned out slightly. I am therefore still left with split ends. I might have to go to another hair dressers so they can finish the job. Really not impressed espiceally for the money it cost me.

Great service and attention from my senior colourist Faye and the ever changing yet ever skilled hairdressers who blow dry after treatment. It's like a mini break with great coffee magazines and an upbeat atmosphere I love Toni and Guy. The service is consistently good and I ha e never been disappointed. It's not often you can say that these days.

As usual I was treated with courtesy at every stage of the appointment. Very appreciative of the creative professionals here.

Julia gave me a fabulous new look today with carefully chosen and applied colour. She set about the cut with masterly attention to detail without forgetting the bigger picture and how the style (short bob) will suit my face shape and colouring. Excellent, it's taken years off me and I am so delighted. Thank you!

I am a regular customer at T&G Cambridge and really value the service you provide. Becky is always kind and helpful and I trust her suggestions...especially when I'm thinking of making some changes to the tone and colour of my hair and I am not too sure which way to go!
The only comment I have is about the price increases. They always come as a bit of a surprise as you go to the till to pay and are quoted a higher total then expected. I think it would be really good to alert your regular customers of an upcoming increase - by text message or at the previous appointment for instance - and let us know whether this is meant to be once a year or more and why. It's common practice these days.

I have been having my hair styled at Toni and Guy Cambridge for some years now and always find it a positive experience. This morning's visit was no exception. I was fortunate to get a last minute booking with Myeesha who is relatively new to the salon. This appointment was for a special celebratory family lunch today. I was very pleased with the time and care taken to style my hair just right. As usual I enjoying a relaxed and happily professional service today. Well done and thanks to all at Toni and Guy Cambridge.

My appointment on the 6th of May was yet another bad experience of having my hair blow dried after a colour.
It was done by a trainee who didn't know how to back comb hair!.
A stylist saw her struggling and came to her rescue.
