Great cut, very welcoming salon

I walked in off the street at the end of the day, without a prior appointment. The stylist was friendly. She listened to me in terms of what I wanted and made some suggestions which I appreciated. The atmosphere was relaxed.

She was friendly and the hair was cut nicely.

I am very happy with my haircut

My son is a teenager and did not like going to barber shop due to the fact they cut his hair too short. Wasula has been giving Joseph the correct cut regularly for over several months, perhaps one year. We will keep going to see Wasula. My son likes her work and her personality.

Absolutely terrible. I had to wait 20mins after my appointment time. The women who was washed my hair got water all over my face. Also my neck was strained and she kept altering the height adjustment but that didn’t help. I asked for a couple inches off to cut off the split ends. I also asked for a straight hair blow dry. I came away very frizzy and she basically rough dried my hair with split ends. I complained to the lovely receptionist who had excellent customer service who spoke to someone else and arranged for a £5 off my fee. The lady offered to sort my hair out but I had to leave as my sister was looking after my kids in the McDonald’s so I could have this treat and we had plans after. I got a text to say to say I can have 50% off signed with a name Zahara. Not sure if this is the person who cut my hair. I took 2 buses to come especially to this salon and I am so upset and disappointed. Upon reflection I shouldn’t have paid a penny but it’s not about the money. It’s about the experience and I am so sad this happened to me.

Caroline is always welcoming, friendly and professional. She remembers little details about conversations we have had. I have short hair and I am always delighted with the cut and the finish. She knows how I like my hair cut. She is very efficient and provides a great service. A true professional.

I had a full colour, cut & blow dry on Wednesday 31st May 2023. It had been over 2 years since I visited the salon. I was advised to do a patch test and came back the next day. The staff on reception and in salon were very friendly. Caroline sat with me and took time to help me decide which colour to have and best suited for my roots that were Grey. Caroline took her time and care into doing the colour and washing my hair. I chose the length of my hair to be cut off and Caroline asked if I wanted it styled. I was very happy with my overall result in salon and hair.
