I had my ears pierced for the first time ever ( professionally)great service. Really friendly and reassuring and painless service nice choice of studs and excellent aftercare advice. Which has been followed to the t with absolutely no problems. They didn't even bleed! Really pleased with how they look. I will be coming back again soon ?

The Chic Face & Body Clinic has very nice calm atmosphere and clean environment. All the staff I met there are polite efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Thoroughly professional, relaxing atmosphere and pleasant staff. What’s not too like? I’ve been completely satisfied with any treatment I’ve had at Chic. I wouldn’t class myself as a ‘regular’ customer - although the salon has plenty of those - but this would be the Ely salon I’d recommend unreservedly to newcomers or visitors to the city.

Excellent as always. It is the facial pressure point massage and head massage that makes all the difference. Plus always good to see what the candles have dragged out of your ears!.

When you book an appointment a week in advance for your daughter to have her ears pieced. (Something I only intend to do with her once.) You would expect the salon to be prepared with a good selection of earrings and cleaning solution to care for them afterwards. It was an awkward start when there was little choice for my daughter. The staff were friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job of calming a very nervous child and we are both pleased with the results but I am now left struggling to find cleaning solution locally or paying extra for the salon to send us some when it's back in stock. It's a shame. I have been very happy in the past with this salon.
