Kim’s been doing my nails for the last several months and I absolutely love them every single time. She has completely transformed my nails from being so thin and brittle and sore, to now really strong and healthy. Thank you Kim! You always make my nails look amazing!!
The atmosphere is always so lovely in the salon - hence why I get all my treatments done there! All lovely women that always make me feel so welcome!

Today was my 1st time at house of pure had a lovely stylist named Saffy.Very pleased with my hair a very relaxing experience will look forward to my next appointment

I booked a last minute appointment because I saw you had appointments on Instagram - so keep doing that because it works! Unfortunately I left with colour on my skin at the tips of a couple of fingers and the edges just as aren’t as straight and clean cut as I would like. For the price, I really do want perfection. I’ve been a 3/4 times previous and had mixed experiences. I’m day 3 now and already have a chip so I will call to see if I can get it fixed. Sorry it’s not more positive!

I went for the first time for an eye brow wax, it was lovely.
Lovely place inside, very welcoming and warm.
Looking forward to go back to get something different.

Saffy was so great with me today and really went above and beyond to cut my hair despite me being very late to my appointment. All the staff were kind and did their best to make me feel welcome. Saffy went above and beyond, chatting to me, asking me if everything with my hair was okay and even curling it for me despite it being closing time. Thank you! Would definitely recommend Pure for a friendly service that goes the extra mile.

Gorgeous treatment room with soft music and subdued fairy lights.
Massage was excellent - just the right amount of pressure and focused on areas I had highlighted. The only problem was it went far too quickly!
Will be back and will go for full body massage next time. Definitely recommend a massage by Hannah.

Kim was so lovely and welcoming the second I stepped into the salon. She was so kind and did such a beautiful job even though I have difficult nails to work with. I honestly could not recommend Pure Ely enough I won’t go anywhere while I’m away at uni I always wait for when I come back!
