I booked a double appt for my mum and I for her birthday and we had a great time having a mani and spa pedi, lovely service and friendly staff we had a fabulous experience thank you!

I feel so spoiled at House of Pure, from the moment I walk in and am greeted by friendly staff, to the moment I leave.
A special mention to Amy though who knows my hair so well and always creates beautiful, fresh colour and brings life and volume to my thin hair. She has also always given such helpful maintenance advice so that finally after years of battling with limp hair, I have a style and a routine that makes me feel brilliant for weeks afterwards, not just on the day I leave the salon. Thank you so much, Amy. I would never go anywhere else now!

Always so lovely to visit the fab team at Pure Ely from being greeted with a wonderful smile from Hayley at the front desk (smiling right up to eyes which is so important whilst wearing masks) having my roots perfectly coloured by Saffy followed by a relaxing massage whilst having hair washed then a lovely blow dry with Leah. Smiles and chats with Amy, Cheryl & Abby, just what was needed at such a hectic time of year. Quite literally team work makes the dream work, thank you girls x

House of Pure is the most enjoyable experience from start to finish and all the girls there are wonderful! Amy is a complete joy and I can’t recommend her highly enough. My hair has never been this good.

It’s always lovely to have a treatment with Abbie. She has such a gentle touch, you feel relaxed for the start.

After a stressful few weeks it was lovely to feel so pampered. Hannah took great care over my treatment and the fizz was an unexpected bonus.

I felt very informed by it all with Laura, who made my experience enjoyable and smooth with very little discomfort.

A lovely experience and friendly environment

Well...where do I start... Laura is just amazing! She is so bubbly & happy. She makes you feel so comfortable like you've known every other for years, you barely notice the time go by. She explains everything so clear & is an honest, genuine person. I would highly recommend

The Lady who gave me my spray tan was very friendly and professional. Put me at ease for my first spray tan!

Had an absolutely beautiful cut and blow dry this morning by Abby (I’m not sure whether it was Abby B or C). Stunning location, the salon feels like a beautiful luxury spa! Looking forward to my next hair appointment!

The team at House of Pure are amasing. They are so helpful and friendly. I went in for laser therapy, eyebrow threading and new nails and received the best 5 star treatment. Would recommend House of Pure to anyone.

Laura is just wonderful and really knows her stuff and advises accordingly. She’s always honest about what is or isn’t needed so that the treatment is effective but in a natural looking way. She makes me look and feel fabulous. Highly recommend!
