As always a lovely experience, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I always come away with nails looking perfect despite arriving with chipped and broken. A very professional group of ladies and would highly recommend.

A more of a warm welcome would have been nicer. Granted I was late so I appreciate this caused inconvenience.

I was told that i should have made staff aware I was pregnant for the massage, however I did rearrange this massage due to it originally being in my first trimester, and so it was disappointing to not have this noted. Also the tone I was told this in was not very warm.

The massage was enjoyable and despite me being late, it was kind of the practitioner to have allowed me my full time, which I appreciated. However the massage could have been far more relaxing if the music had been played through Spotify and adverts not jumping in between relaxing music.

I had already paid for the massage but on leaving I was asked to pay again which, whilst this is minor, would have helped if this had been checked before asking for payment.

I’ve been going to House of Pure for years. All the team are so friendly , it’s certainly not an intimidating salon like some can be. Whoever you see, always takes their time . There’s no rushing to get you out ready for the next client.

The nail colour choice is amazing, so so many to choose from.

Highly recommend if your in Ely and want a treatment.

I have been going to House of Pure for years and have always been happy with the outstanding service received. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have every nail colour you could dream of and always make you feel so comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing and tinting. Xx

So pleased with my lashes! I was really nervous as it was the first time I’ve had my lashes done and they look really subtle but sooooo pretty!!

I’d like to premise by saying I’ve never had a bad experience at Pure Ely, and I go once or twice a month at least. I moved my appointment up by a week and completely forgot. The team was gracious enough to allow me to come in same day, just a bit later. I showed a reference picture of the color I was looking for and it was matched EXACTLY. Heartless, a beautiful deep berry hue, with a matte topcoat. It’s gorgeous! I’m ready for Autumn now—just in time for the cold and rainy days! Thank you again x
