Only Maddie’s second day as trainee and she was a delight. Very friendly and very professional and has done a superb job of my ties.

My first time at the House of Pure for eyebrow threading and tinting and eyelash tinting. I didn’t catch the young lady’s name but she was extremely professional and knew exactly what I wanted. She certainly delivered and I am thrilled with the results.

Excellent nails for my daughter and eyebrow waxing today.

Was made so comfortable and lovely the results where amazing and the service was quite quick can’t complain .

Thank you Saffy for a lovely hair cut and chat! I also really enjoyed the massage chair and beautiful decor.

I’ve had two spray tans with Abbie now and she’s always been very thorough and made me feel comfortable. The first tan came out really well too. I am sure the second will as well, but I am still “developing”. Would defo book again. I tend to have them prior to going abroad to give a nice base and summer glow.

Thoroughly enjoyed my foot spa! Kim is a lovely, personable therapist and certainly made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Went for a nail appointment today, so happy with how my nails turned out and felt so welcomed.

Super salon session; scissors, style; sensorial and symphonic. Amy is the best!

I went to pure because i had been to them before quite some time ago. I asked for a gel nail polish remover on both my feet and hands and re application to my hands. The colour I chose was a pale pink with glitter. The sample I was shown was VERY glittery and a lovely pale pink. The result I got was dull, hardly any glitter and so thickly applied it had visible lumps built up ridges and dips . On some nails it looked like I had false nails on as the polish sat so high above my natural nail bed. I was told it was because of the polish having glitter and that the colour does not always come out the same as the example. However I had very little glitter in the polish and it doesn’t have the same beautiful shine gel nails offer. I was offered filing down of the higher parts of the varnish . However I didn’t think this would resolve the problem, it would need a complete reapplication to resolve it I felt and definitely not with the polish used.

My husband commented on how nice my hair looked …… that’s a first!

Today I had a wonderful pedicure with Rachel who was so attentive, chatty and professional! I sat in the chair and was asked if I’d like the back massage putting on, which I did and it was wonderful and made my experience so much more relaxing! Maria was also fantastic asking me if I’d like a glass of water on arrival. Rachel helped me to find a colour match with my finger nail paint and was very careful filing my nails (one of which I have a problem with). I was thrilled with the end result and thought the decor and the customer service were equally lovely! I would highly recommend this salon to friends and hope to visit again! Thank you, Ali

Saffy did an amazing job cutting my 3 year olds hair, she was patient and worked incredibly when he would fidgit and move! He was clearly at ease and made no fuss! Thank you!

Desperately needed a b12 injection (as my local drs had a 3 week wait and I suffer from pernicious anemia) the lady’s here replied super quick and got me in the next day. As for the treatment Laura was friendly and very gentle, I didn’t even feel the injection!! Super pleased thank you ladies you are lifesavers xxxx

This was my first visit. I wasn’t having a relaxing treatment (waxing!) but I can honestly say I’ve never felt as relaxed having it done. Abbie exudes an aura of calmness and is a true professional. I will be returning!

Lovely afternoon with a lovely girl

I am reliant on my wheelchair and going into places can be tricky, but I found my visit very relaxing and my toes after treatment from Hannah look lovely!

I had an amazing Luxury Spa Pedi today with Abbie. It was fantastic, relaxing and my feet are now so soft. The massage chair was a definite plus and the option of a glass of bubbly a nice touch!! Wow!! The gel nails are also fantastic. I highly recommend the House of Pure and I will be back in a couple of months for another pedi. Thanks Abbie.

I had a lovely time today having my nails done at the House of Pure. I forgot to ask the name of the girl who did it, but she was lovely.

My experience was amazing as usual , very chatty and friendly.

Had a complete hair transformation this week thanks to the lovely Leah. She knew exactly what I would like and what would suit me! Love it!
