Visited Laura this morning to have a touch up to my eyebrows PMU. Laura is the ultimate in professionalism, easy to talk too, puts you at ease and make the whole experience brilliant.

I had such a lovely experience at Pure today. . The staff are so friendly and Saffy did a great job with my hair. They really put me at ease and gave me every confidence that my hair would be done professionally and to a high standard. It’s always a nervous time when you try somewhere new. I will definitely be making regular visits from now on. I shall be trying something from the beauty menu too.

I have been lucky enough to have visited many spas and had many facials . But I can honestly say this was one of the best facial treatments I have had . Absolutely Pure serenity from start to finish . Abbie is an outstanding therapist and how lucky are we to have House of Pure on our doorstep in Ely offering such high end quality treatments and service.

My first manicure to attempt to improve the worst bitten fingernails. Hannah was so sweet, didn’t bat an eyelid at my chewed fingers.

Was nervous about having micro blading but Laura put me at ease and I felt confident that she would do an excellent job. I was not disappointed, I left the salon a happy lady and very proud of my new brows!

The atmosphere at pure is relaxed, friendly and I had spot on professional service from Emma! Whatever the occasion, Pure has the colour!
I chose the builder gel because of my job…. my hands are in water continuous, it lasted well over 3 weeks! Thoroughly recommend them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a head massage with Hannah and it was so good. I also had gel nails done by Abbie and they look amazing. I recommend both. Everyone was really helpful and kind and looking forward to visiting the salon again soon.

I love getting my hair cut and coloured at a House of Pure in Ely. Saffy is an incredible hairdresser! I get my hair highlighted and she knows exactly what I want and gets it right every time. Everyone is super friendly and lovely and it’s very affordable for the high level service.

I visited Abbie for the first time today and she did a French manicure as I’m going away to get married next week. Abbie was lovely to chat with, I am delighted with my nails, she did them beautifully and took such care. Thank you!

I got my ears pierced today and the whole experience was amazing. I was very nervous but Emma was extremely professional and understanding. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease from start to finish. As a 'fainty person' this is important. Highly recommended.

As someone who struggles with anxiety I find it hard to go to salons by myself, Saffy made me feel so comfortable trying to make conversation where she could. So warm and welcoming. Hair turned out amazing, I can’t have asked for a better result. amazing experience.
