Very pleased with colour. I wasn’t sure what to have. I already had some
grey and some natural brown as well as the blonde I had put in last time. Sophie helped me decide on some ash blonde highlights and some lowlights to blend with natural colour. I love it. Not too crazy but appropriate for my age and pigmentation. My daughter said it was very sophisticated. Maybe that’s where the name Sophie originates :). Thank you Sophie.

Had a brilliant appointment with Amy who was so kind and helpful when making suggestions for my wedding hair. She was full of advice for mine and my bridesmaid's hair and nothing was too much trouble. So glad she is doing my hair - I feel in really good hands!!
Perfect haircut by Sophie, she took the time throughout to check what style and finish I wanted. Super quick too, I have quite thick hair and was out in 45 minutes. Reception staff are also super lovely and welcoming.

I have been looked after by Amy for so many years, I’ve lost count. Amy is so caring as well as being one hell of a good hairdresser. You don’t just want someone to cut your hair, you need someone who understands you and is honest with you about what will and won’t work, but also with just a few words from me she just knows what to do. I put all my trust in Amy and have never been unhappy with a single style/colour (and I’ve had many). On top of that Amy makes me feel special and makes me laugh, even when, as she knows, life has been pretty tough over the past few years. My trip to the hairdressers is ‘my time’ and I enjoy every minute. The young girl who rinsed and washed my hair today was also very lovely. Thank you as always for the best pamper time 😊

As per usual, I had excellent service at the salon. Mick listens to what I want and advises on whether the hairstyle will suit me. Sometimes what I have in mind needs to be modified a little so that it suits my face shape and hair texture. I’m always happy to return to the salon for upkeep.
