Thank you so much! Megan was so lovely and accommodating. Had lovely chats, and told me interesting and useful things to know about hair that I never knew. Very patient and non-judgemental. Really happy with my hair - feels so much healthier and precisely what I asked for. She checked I was comfortable and happy (not just ok) with everything every step of the way. The best head massage. The salon itself is fantastic. Always asked if they want me to take my coat or get me a drink. Top class

I had a lovely experience with Megan today. She did such a great job with my haircut. Hair looks so neat and lovely. She was super attentive towards my concerns. Overall the experience was great and will definitely book with her again. :)

Yet again I have had a great cut by Shaun. He listens to feedback and adjusts if needed so I am always satisfied with the outcome.

Having been to several barbers over the year , I feel it’s worth the extra cost for the service and time given to you at a salon , hair wash and head massage A++

Excellent service as usual although the salon was very busy.

I visited the salon today to get a balayage, the end result looks nothing like a balayage. It look more like a very bad ombre. I have absolutely no colour towards the top of my head,
even though I asked the stylist to bring the balayage higher to cover my gray hair , the colour starts from ears down which is like half way. There’s no blending at all it’s patchy and brassy. I didn’t see well in the salon as my hair wasn’t styled. But when I came home and straightened my hair I could see everything.

Great haircut and styling from Genny. Such a lovely friendly lady. Very pleased with my cut and finish today.

Megan was polite and sweet and did a lovely job in my hair.

Shaun was very welcoming on arrival and talked to me about what style I would like and gave his advice which was really helpful. He performed a wonderful massage and gave me a beautiful haircut. He was very knowledgeable about postpartum hair loss (which i am currently experiencing). He offered me a drink and I like that he gave me time to drink the tea (as sometimes you don't want to interrupt the cut). Shaun was very chatty and friendly which was so nice, he made me feel really comfortable.
The haircut itself was wonderful and he asked for my opinion throughout. I would definitely book with Shaun again. Thank you!
