When we arrived we were greeted and taken to the waiting area and offered a drink. Then Megan came over and introduced herself. She listened and done an amazing job, I'll be back in 4 weeks for a full head of colour if I don't react to the skin test 1st.

Leah was amazing. from the start she was helpful and advising me on services I didn’t know were available (such as toner top ups), but when I had to rush out because I needed to get home to my baby she was fantastic and made me feel so at ease about needing to leave and helped me every step of the way. I absolutely will be booking in with Leah again, thank you for making a stressful situation a little less so!

Another very successful haircut with Shaun . Nice to find another hairdresser that really understands thick , heavy hair at this busy salon. Especially as my usual hairdresser, Kai is just so busy and hard to book on Wednesday ( Grey cuts day) . Thnx Shaun PKai’s is ! Still my favourite hairdressers . Been coming since 2006, and now moved to London, but I still travel up to use them !💕

Well, what a wonderful experience! My 1st visit and Shaun was absolutely brilliant in that understanding my hair and working just magic! Leah did my hair today. Absolutely love it. Her knowledge and professionalism were absolutely outstanding. Couldn’t be anymore happier.

I went to this salon for a haircut for my 9-year-old daughter. Both of us had agreed on a reference picture and showed it to the stylist before starting. While my daughter initially asked for just a trim, I expressed concerns about her not being able to manage her hair properly, and requested a slightly more practical cut.

Unfortunately, she seemed more focused on sticking to the child’s preference, without considering the context or offering professional guidance. She did a minimal trim and quickly wrapped up the job. When I politely asked for a little more trimming—as per the style we had both agreed on—things started to feel uncomfortable. The stylist and staff began reacting as if I was being overly demanding, creating an unnecessary scene in the salon.

Later, a senior stylist stepped in, but instead of properly addressing the haircut, he just snipped a few strands here and there unevenly, which left the hair looking puffy and unshaped. The whole situation felt very dismissive and intimidating, especially for a parent just trying to ensure a neat and manageable haircut for her child.

I expected a more professional and understanding approach, especially when both the child and parent had agreed on the hairstyle. Sadly, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and quite disappointing.

As always ollie is attentive and listens to what I want and I leave feeling really happy. Today he offered me a new service which I absolutely loved.

Megan was brilliant from start to finish with my neurodiverse daughter. She instantly made her feel at ease by coming over to the relaxed lounge area and sitting to my daughter’s level and talking about her hair and what she would like before taking her to wash her hair. She thought about all the noises and feelings that my daughter might not like and had an answer to anything that could have affected (cotton wool for her ears and making her aware whenever she was going to touch her face with the scissors or her hand etc) she asked her consistently if she was feeling ok checking the temperature of water and the noise and feelings. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for her first time in a salon. Oakley absolutely loves her hair and was made to feel very important and special and like she in control of what Megan was doing. The overall cut is a little shorter one side than the other if I’m being completely honest but I cannot fault the exceptional service. We will definitely be back

Amazing service from start to finish. Checked in prior to my appointment to engage what I was after. Spoke about options with my hair which I thought were not possible. Really patient listening to my specific requirements. Chatted throughout my appointment making me feel at ease especially as I was having a complete restyle. Showed how to style at home and maintain. Left feeling so much more positive about my hair and it feels so much nicer. Would book with Emma again!

My hairdresser genny had left do Sally did my hair.. I was a little nervous having a new stylist but sally was great and I felt relaxed having a full head hi-lights with plenty of chatter and coffee deff recommend

Leah always does an amazing job of my hair, whether it’s cutting, colouring or styling. Always first class

Even though I had a strand test earlier in the week I have been left with very yellow hair. She also only trimmed my fringe and the back neck line. Then just put a hand full of product on it with a small scrunch and left it, no trimming the ends or styling it offering advice on styles for growing my hair. She came across as bored and wanting to get me out of the shop.
Very disappointed and I feel let down after staying away from hairdressers for this exact reason that you don't get what you ask for or pay for.

Shaun was very friendly and appeared to be a really experienced hair dresser. I am really happy with my haircut.
