Sat with Genny today and she was amazing! Incredible service from start to finish and really understood what I wanted the end result to be. Took the time to discuss with me about what colour would be best for me. Tyler came over to offer her opinion as well and like Genny made me feel confident the end result would be what I wanted…. And it was!! Thank you so much!

Genny did an amazing job of cutting and drying my granddaughters hair. It was a birthday treat for her, her hair was quite long and she asked for a graduated bob it looked amazing and she was really pleased with it too. Thank you.

I have been coming to Kai for my hair for many years now. Today’s experience was as delightful as ever - a friendly reception and welcome, a professional colour and cut and a beautiful haircut to come home with!

Another great experience even though I am as a muppet and missed my Wednesday appt! Emma managed to do me whilst doing colours too!

I love coming here. Genny always makes my hair look great. She knows exactly what I want. It is such a relaxing experience. I feel I'm amongst friends with Genny and Shaun.

Olive was really attentive and listened to what I wanted. He walked me through the treatment and cut, lived the result. Will definitely booking with ollie again

I was booked in with Shaun for a root colour, cut and treatment as my usual hairdresser, Emma wasn't in and this was the only day I could make the appointment. I received the frightening call the day before that Shaun was off ill (Hope you feel better soon Shaun). I was asked if I would mind having Megan do my hair, I had no issues with this as I had seen Megan in the salon before she always seemed pleasant, but it's always daunting when you're allowing someone new to cut your hair.

Well I shouldn't of had any concerns, Megan was attentive to what I wanted for my hair, asked if I was happy with the cut every step of the way, we had a laugh along the way as it was Halloween, thankfully I only got the treats (Fantastic head massage) and Kai got the tricks.

I would have no issues in booking in with her again in the future. I only have one word of advice for Megan and that is to have more confidence in your abilities, your a very good hairdresser, you make the client feel at ease every step of the way, you just need to have confidence in yourself!

Aniela took my hair from blonde highlights back to a lovely brunette balayage. She took the time to listen to my requirements and advise me on the best treatment/colour for my hair. Aniela also advised me on the best fringe cut to suit both my hair and face shape.

Always love coming to P-Kai. Laura is amazing and she always does my hair perfectly. Love the whole team too they're all amazing people. Laura asked me about my computer as I've been growing out my balayage. She recommended a toner as I want to darken it up a bit which I'll definitely do next time xx
