Excellent haircut.

I booked online today with Megan for a wash, cut and blow dry. Megan was very thorough when asking about the cut and gave good advice about getting the thickness back onto the ends and growing out layers. She was extremely polite throughout the appointment and told me about products too. I had a wonderful head massage whilst applying the conditioner. Really happy with the cut and style. Would definitely recommend this stylist.

I had my hair cut with Sean. I find sitting still difficult and he is really great with children who find this hard. He listened to both me and Mum about the length and gave good advice. Thank you Sean! I love my short hair :)

I have left previous reviews and nothing has changed since them, I am always happy with my cut from Ollie he does an amazing job and always takes time to check in that I am happy with the style and if I want to change anything. He is also so friendly and just a pleasure to talk to.

Megan was really helpful & listened to what colours ny daugter thought would be good what I'd prefer and advised me on what she thought would suit me. Megan then showed me the colours she thought would go and after a discussion we settled on the colours. I am so pleased I've found Megan as I feel comfortable in her hands.

Sally understood my instructions and took time to give me a cut that I had requested. She was friendly and understood clearly how I wanted to look.

V relaxed atmosphere. Discussed with Emma, exactly how my hair had been and explained the best way to cut my hair as it v wavy and thick.
Felt that the way that Emma cur my hair was v professional and Discussed what she was doing and best way to have fringe etc.

Today was my first hairdressing appointment in 8yrs and it was flawless. I received an amazing wash and head/neck massage which was so relaxing and makes you feel like the centre of attention. And then a personalised cut where Shaun catered to what I was going for every step of the way. Definitely something I would recommend and will go to in the future

Firstly my review score is nothing to do with Megan as she was very attentive to my hair needs as usual. I feel a little disappointed with Pkai based on my last 2 visits and it seems to have been going downhill since Jacki left. I tried to make contact 4 different ways and still haven't had a response to 3 of those it's only as I consistently kept calling the salon that someone eventually picked up.
I booked for a blow-dry and asked to book a treatment at the same time as it was missed off my last booking (again wasn't booked when asked for it and colleague didn't have enough time to complete before next client). So turned up today and was advised wasn't booked and didn't have enough time to complete. I can take 1 time but 2 times seems poor service to me. You have changed your shampoo and it's awful, it's a menthol based and each time it has made my head feel extremely cold. I asked last time for it not to be used again and it has been used for the 2nd time. I have spoke with a few clients and they all dislike the shampoo also, when it's cold outside it's not a pleasant feeling when moving from the basin to the chair.
I don't expect anything to come from this review as it feels like customer service isn't a priority at present based on my last 2 visits.

Wonderful! First time visit after a disastrous experience at a different salon. I had over-processed hair causing frizz and terrible condition. Shaun spent time with me during a consultation and booked me in 24 hours later. He is so knowledgeable, skillful and a great bloke too! I still cannot believe the difference he has made to my hair and the way I now feel! He even tried to repair my broken glasses! I highly , highly recommend and will be returning very soon. Thank you Shaun x
