I have waited a long time to find someone who continually cuts my hair exactly the way I like it. I am so happy that I found Genny last year.

Laura is just the best and I always leave feeling fab with a colour that lasts.

So obsessed with my hair, the stylist was very thorough through the consultation to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted, asked loads of questions and was very reassuring, I love the end result, it’s exactly what I asked for !

It was the first time taking my little boy to the hairdressers, his haircuts prior to this visit had always been at home. Ollie was amazing in making everyone feel relaxed and let my little boy be comfortable, Ollie worked around him. I had serious anticipations about the visit but Ollie made the whole experience so lovely and calm. My little boys haircut also looks so lovely! He's done such a good job! Thank you so much Ollie. We will be back!

V polite, v caring. washed hair, asked temperature was ok which it was, took time styling and making sure my hair was styled and cut as I liked it, and so it laid down, as I have v thick wavy hair which can be difficult to style or get to go the right way. Dried hair asked if temperature was ok which it was. Then did the finishing touches etc.

Shaun very good at understanding what I want from a haircut and I am always pleased either resulting style

Laura is amazing and I am always so happy with my hair! She just always knows what to do and I trust her completely :-) I am a very vague person annoyingly but every time I see Laura she just gets it! I LOVE the colour of my hair it’s so much better than I could have ever imagined and Laura cut me in a fringe and I love it, it’s so cute! ☺️ Thank you so so much!! Xx

Tyla is a lovely friendly young lady, made me feel very welcome. She went through what I'd like done and suggested things that would make my hair look better. I felt very safe in her hands and have already booked my next appointment with her. My hair looks fab and so much better than before. She has blended it in so much better than my previous hairdresser. Thank you she is a credit to your salon

Been going to Xenon for a while now and he never fails to have me leaving feeling like I’m the richest person on earth. Also, I have a nut allergy and he has always been so careful and mindful with the products he uses and makes sure I’m sectioned off so I feel safe and comfortable when getting my hair done.

Thank you Shaun for a lovely cut, I feel so much better in myself after my appointment today.

Went to P-Kai for the first time today to have quite a big chop and a full head highlights. Xenon was amazing throughout and I absolutely LOVE my hair, I asked for blonde and he gave me blonde!! Thank you so much again Xenon, I will be back again soon.

Over the moon with my hair, on entering the salon my hair was looking very tired and in real need of a colour and cut.
Ollie was my stylist, I found he was very knowledgeable and good at giving advice. I find Ollie takes a lot of pride in his work and likes to do the best for his client. Some hair stylist were a lot quicker, but I feel this isn’t as good as Ollie. He takes time and care with you and your hair. Kept me fully up to date of every step. I will certainly be returning for Ollie to do my hair again. Well done and Thank you Ollie. I will certainly be choosing you as my stylist. 5*s Ollie keep up the good work and your kind and caring nature and the pride in your work instead of just another client.

Xenon always puts me at ease, knows exactly how I like my hair and is lovely company to talk to. Always a pleasure to have him colour and style my hair.

I think I should have been asked if I was happy for apprentice to do my hair. Although she was good I do have leopard print highlights underneath the top layer and underneath is like white. Maybe if I was informed I would have decided if I was happy to pay full price for apprentice.

My daughter has Sensory Autism and the hairdressers is a big fear for her. We had Shaun as her hairdresser today and he literally couldn’t do anything to cater for her. He was patient, kind and very caring and made sure my daughter was comfortable every step of the way - my daughter started out very scared and nervous and by the end of it she started to show Shaun a bit of her wonderful personality, she even wants to come back which is an amazing achievement on Shaun’s behalf!! I can’t praise him enough - fantastic hairdresser and a wonderful person
