I bring my elderly, disabled, mother in law to Pkai’s to have her haircut every month and she looks forward to coming more than anything else. The staff are welcoming and accommodating and treat us almost like family. It makes it such a pleasure to come.

Xenon was lovely with my little girl, he had lots of patience and her finished little bob was amazing, she looked so cute. Bit disappointed this time. Booked for balayage maintenance but feels like it now needs more maintenance than before. My moneypiece looks more like a mallen streak and is an orangey blonde colour. Hopefully it will fade as it grows out. Staff are always lovely and accommodating but not sure they look back at what was done previously to "maintain" the look. Sinks still incredibly uncomfortable. Really bad if you suffer from neck pain or are elderly and its so cold in there. I don't think the owners appreciate how cold clients can get sitting around for hours and having wet hair.
Another great outing to PKai Emma looked after me well once again.
