I went here for the first time on Wednesday my hair stylist was very efficient and listened to me I was very impressed I was very nervous but Georgia made me feel at ease it is expensive but is worth the money I will definitely be going back.

It was so long since my last cut and colour and my new blonde highlights look amazing and I am already getting lots of compliments!

This was my first visit to TONI & GUY Hairdressers I was quite nervous when first arrived however Georgia and the team soon made me feel at ease I even got offered a head massage which I never had before in any hairdressers it was very clean and even was given PPE which was impressive Georgia really listened to what I wanted with my haircut and she did an excellent job. Yes it is very expensive but I was so happy with the end result and think I will definitely be returning huge thumbs up to Georgia ?????? Thank you

The ladies that were working during my visit were second to none.. Laura’s skills are fantastic! As someone who is very fussy and nervous about anyone touching my hair, she listened perfectly and left me with exactly what I imagined before walking in! I can’t see me going anywhere else with any other stylist! These staff members do themselves proud!

So lovely to have my hair ‘done again by the lovely Conner after 30 weeks! I’m delighted with the result.
Well done to the whole team on their COVID hygiene. I felt very safe.

I’ve been to other Toni & Guy salons and knew what to expect. This is now my closest salon and I was very pleased. Charlotte was very professional and also very knowledgeable. I enjoyed hearing about her training at the academy. Delighted to be a new customer. The cut was excellent. Much appreciated.

First time visiting and Laura was lovely. Very professional. Fixed my lockdown lopsided lob.. very pleased with the new cut.

Charlotte was brilliant, I'm hard of hearing and obviously take out my hearing aids for haircuts. So she was loud, clear and only asked things about the haircut as I would have struggled with anything else.

The haircut itself was perfect, I asked her opinion on a few different styles and she was very helpful and I'm extremely happy with the result!

So so glad and happy to have my hair done after several long months. I could have stayed in my chair all night, Magda aka Banksy, that’s the name I have given her because she is an artist of the hair. My hair looks great and has taken years off me now my colour has been done. Also I would like to add that the hygiene was brilliant, I’ve been a dental nurse many years back and had to pass cross contamination courses etc and now I work for the NHS and I must congratulate Magda and her team at Toni & Guy on their hard work and making me feel safe and cared for during my long awaited pampering. Counting the days till my next pampering. Sorry for the long review but praise, praise and thanks are needed during these testing times :) xx

I've been watching through social media the lengths this salon were going to, to make their customers feel safe. I think they are sensibly putting in place procedures that hardly impose. The hair cut as always is a stunner, James is marvellous at short hair, even when I change my mind at the last moment.

I’d like to start by saying I’m a regular at the salon and have been coming for years. I’m not normally one to complain as I appreciate that things go awry from time to time and that these are unusual times however, I find myself feeling disappointed about my recent visit to the salon. Whilst professionalism and huffing was high throughout I feel I was misinformed. I called to book my hair appointment and was quoted £120 (twice on 2 separate occasions) both post Covid. Only to be told on the day it was £169. Now that’s a big jump in price from £120. When I queried it I was told it was from £120. Well this hasn’t been made clear to me at either of my phone calls. Secondly whilst I appreciate that with the new safety measures in place things may take a little longer, I was told I’d be done by 7pm both on the phone and in the chair. 8:15 I walked out of the salon hungry and with a much lighter bank balance. I have never left disappointed before but I feel I have been lied to and my kind nature taken advantage of. To top it all off one side of my hair is much lighter than the other in natural light. As a long standing loyal customer I feel that the trust is now gone for me and I will likely be moving elsewhere which after many years is a shame but had I have known it was going to be £169 I’d have reconsidered and I’d have also eaten before if I’d have been told it was going to be 3 hours not 2. Honestly and integrity are everything when it comes to customer retention my advise to you would be don’t over promise and under deliver. It leaves people feeling taken advantage of and in a situation where they can’t then refuse to pay as they’ve already had the service.

I am writing in anticipation of a long overdue visit to your salon. I know that everyone there will try hard and do their best under the circumstances. I have been seeing Ania for years and she listens which is a good start! She knows my hair as good as myself and what will work for me and what I can manage for my work demands. She does her utmost to reach my high standards and makes every effort to ensure I leave the salon happy. She also inches me out of my comfort zone to make me slightly more on trend! I am confident that although I have not had a haircut in months, I will not be nervous after the first wash and I have my own fix on it. Ania treats each person individually and not just another client.
