Polite professional service

Conor did the cut and Charlotte did the colour. They were under pressure because previous clients had arrived late but they still did an excellent job and maintained their professionalism and excellent customer service throughout. The lovely lady on reception was so kind and caring and the whole team always make me feel really looked after. Thank you guys

Gabor is a delight. Always cheerful and a great hairdresser. I was his first client he cut hair on. Scary for us both.

I asked for my little girl to be treat like a princess, job done with aplomb.

My little girl left feeling a princess. Charlotte chatted with my 13 year old on her level, was professional throughout, my little girl used to be and wanted to be a customer of a rival salon, that salon lost my business through a rude receptionist probably not knowing I am the man that pays for 1 wife and 3 daughters to get their hair done.

This was our 1st visit to your store, my daughter wants to return and only wants Charlotte to cut her hair from now on. Charlotte also beautifully upsold your service’s but very subtle. I mentioned I needed to go get my hair done at the barbers. Charlotte wasn’t having that and I too got my hair cut today, bit posher for me than my normal short back and sides and I probably paid £20 more for mine than I usually would, however the experience Charlotte afforded my daughter meant every penny was well spent.

Please ensure this feedback is fed back appropriately I know just how much someone taking the time to say well done means in today’s ***** world.

See you in 3 months with my army!

P.s don’t have girls they cost a lot!

Also some bad feedback, like the other salon (I demand high service) phones need to be answered in 3 rings! Yours also rang for ages!

I was very impressed with Conner’s skill, confidence and can do attitude. My colour needed a complete overhaul and he was able to advise me on a new style for my curly hair as well. I am very happy with the results!

I was able to book an appiontment on line and chose Ania, the manager and top stylist as a special treat for my birthday. Ania was very attentive and went through what l would like for my hair combined with her own expert knowledge on what would suit me. Ania went through each step of my hair cut explaining what she was going to do and how it would benefit the result.
I am very pleased with my hair and the finish is excellent.

I had my usual wonderful salon experience at Toni & Guy Peterborough today. I was received in a friendly manner, Sophie washed my hair and have a wonderful head massage and Ania, as always, cut, dried and styled my hair beautifully and made me feel really pampered and special.

2nd time I have booked with Ania . Really friendly and chatty and unmistakably experienced . Listens to what I want but gives great advice to compliment . Love my hair cut

As always Ania gave me an amazing cut so different absolutly love it would so recommend her so professional would not even dream of going anywhere else!!

Not sure of stylist young lad and colourist. I showed picture of a blonde colour I was looking at but added I wanted darker blonde low lights .I didn't want a colour with red in . I stated I wanted a t section of lowlights. I ended up with full head of foils !!? And I am now more darker than I wanted to be . I had a toner put on my head this came out really dark so asked it to be washed again to lighten it. Was told that if I washed my hair it would lighten . Got home washed hair again not changed . I wanted blonde base with darker low lights . I don't mind playing around with colour but not when the colour looks too ash / grey .I laid £145 and that's a lot of money for hair not the way I wanted . The staff however are lovely in there. I will be ringing up asking for my blonde highlights back in a t section to rectify
