Hairdresser did not seem impressed my hair was so long and seemed like it was a chore that she had to do it.

For 50 minutes from application of the colour. She spoke not one word to me at all. In total I probably had 2 minutes worth of talking in my 2 and a half hour appointment. She completely ignored me whilst doing my hair, how awkward. I felt totally uncomfortable and it made me very upset. As soon as a different customer came in she sat them next to me and have a full on conversation asking how her day was and speaking to the customer. I felt as if she was ignoring me on purpose as if I wasn’t there. She began to talk to her customer throughout her 30-40 minute appointment. Still not speaking to me. Then a lovely lady washed my hair and was able to comfort me and I explained to her what had happened. As soon as I voiced my opinion the atmosphere changed. I think it’s horrible how she made me feel. I am a paying customer that paid to feel uncomfortable. Not happy at all, a lot of my NHS colleagues get there hair done here , will have to tell them of my experience

Really happy love my hair cut Ania made me feel really welcomed relaxed from start to finish, she is so professional’ warm and lovely personality’ I would have no hesitation in recommending Ania, all the staff in salon are so friendly, so makes it a lovely atmosphere. Look forward to my next appointment!!

Excellent customer service. My son didn’t have an appointment but Ania fitted him in despite being extremely busy and short staffed due to holidays. She is a superstar.

Excellent choice of colour...really happy.Suits my skin tone & looks natural.

Lovely relaxing hair shampoo and massage before my cut and blow dry with Ania. Ania is always very obliging, styles and cuts my hair to my requirements, and if I need any advice on how to manage or style, she is always happy to share techniques etc , always come out happy.

Emma is always professional and very good at her job. If it was up to me I would promote her immediately to keep her at TG.

I came out feeling and looking ten years younger, I got what I wanted and more than I expected from a cut and blow dry!

She is brilliant . Will who eat with you and full of excellent advice. Has a great manner with client and great understanding of their needs.

I've been coming to Toni and Guy for years because the service never fails and the staff are so friendly. Emma understands exactly what style I'm going for (even when I don't) and always delivers fantastic results. Connor and Magda have stepped in when Emma hasn't been available and they are equally as fantastic. Looking forward to my next haircut!

Have just been into the salon for a colour. What a great experience and result. I wanted to change my colour slightly and after a quick chat to Daniella my hair was transformed into exactly as I wanted. It is a lovely friendly salon . Thank you Daniella and the wonderful staff who look after me x

Brilliant , always is

I've had Conner cut my hair cut about a year or so and have been very pleased with the results. But today I went for a trim and got scalped. The cut as always was very good but much too short. At the same time my back was saturated from the wash basin right through my jumper down to the hem. The girl was most helpful at drying me of but the basins at meant for giants I think. So not a good experience today but this is most unusual. I bought some product and so this morning cost me £65 and I feel I was paying but was not happy. I shall go to Connor again as he is a very good cutter.

Magda is brilliant - I always used to feel anxious about having my hair coloured before I met Magda - but now I have no worries; I feel my hair is completely safe in Magda’s hands - and I have had so many compliments on the beautiful colour.

Kim been cutting my hair for few years now, as always her work was amazing.

Ania always listens & advises & remembers my likes & dislikes regarding colour/cut! My greys are subtly hidden & she always tries to achieve a subtle tone that suits my complexion. Because I have a free fringe texturise in between & she is conscience of keeping costs sensible,my hair is kept looking nice.This is what keeps me coming to Toni & Guy & affording costs as a retired teacher!!Shes a very professional & friendly,sensible, fun person. Thanks Ania.

Disappointed that the cost of my hair has gone up from £81 -£94 as I need to have my regrowth done regularly I will no longer be able to afford to have my hair done with Magdalena which is a shame as I have been very happy with her

A good haircut will grow into itself and is always worth the money. Love this salon and my hair gets a perfect cut. Kevin listens and never goes too short, absolutely perfect!
