Overall I am happy with the services, my colour and cut. The only one down point for me that there was not enough time between the appointments. I was a few mins late for my appointment that didn’t help but still I felt the process was rushed.

Kim was amazing, she talked me through everything before we started and made me feel very comfortable and i was extremely happy with the end result, she didn't rush and gave me hair advice which really helped

Excellent service, cut and the way I was treated by all staff during my visit. Magda highlighted my hair and as usual was fantastic, coloured it beautifully, was lovely as she always is and between both girls my hair looks amazing

I was actually a model for a girl in training (Chloe) who was watched by Conner!! Loved it and felt comfortable

Yesterday I visited Toni and Guy Peterborough for highlights and I was so so pleased with my hair.
The experience was lovely from start to finish. I had a quick chat with Chloe who helped me to my chair. Next to Daniella who completely understood what colours I wanted and needed. Daniella is such a lovely bubbly lady and the time went so quickly and I enjoyed it so much. Next to Charlotte who washed and conditioned my Hair in a very relaxing way.
I was so happy with my hair on leaving the salon and look forward to going back soon.

Emma is lovely and the young girl who washed my hair is also very nice polite and charming. Your salon looks nice but very clinical the music you play is rubbish not even young people would like it considering your average age of clients must be over 30 where is the luxury of top house or rare groove tunes tut would remind us of being younger. The atmosphere you are trying to create is to younge for the prices you charge get to know your clients tastes and what they listen too your get more clients
