First time going to a proper salon to get my hair done & it’s not been touched in 2 years since covid! Hitomi made me feel so comfortable, made sure I was happy with what I wanted & gave me some great tips to keep my hair healthy! I could tell she was so skilled at what she does, love my hair so much now.
100% will be coming back, such a welcoming & lovely bunch of people.

Ania is so welcoming she makes the whole salon experience very enjoyable & as relaxing as possible. Ania is great to chat to and really listens when discussing what the clients needs are. Always very pleased with my colour/ cut & blow dry.

Would happily have Minh again, listened to what I wanted and asked lots of questions before starting cut. Hair looks lovely - very happy

My usual visit was well needed as I haven’t been well recently and Banksy aka Magda never fails to deliver in sending me out the salon with luscious locks and lovely Sophie always sends me into a mini slumber when washing my hair, so gentle and caring. I had my appointment at Colchester not Peterborough .Not one for writing a review but had such a good experience I wanted to .share .Felt safe entering salon it was clean and tidy .All the staff were lovely . Rob was my stylist and was brilliant I had full consultation about what I wanted and got his input too . He was friendly and chatty and done a superb job, so will definitely be back . Thanks Rob

It's always a pleasant experience coming here. All of your staff are so friendly and it's a great atmosphere. Laura is fantastic. I know you are all extremely busy but it never feels rushed, and she makes my hair look great everytime as well as being an excellent conversationalist. I really do enjoy every visit I have with you.

I had a fantastic experience in toni and guy.
My stylist stella was soo kind and caring and made sure i was okay throughout the day and niahm also helped us she is also very nice. My keratin treatment felt so luxurious and conditioning as well. Will visit again for sure.

It was the first time Hitomi had done my hair, as my previous stylist had left, so I felt a little apprehensive. However Hitomi soon put me at ease and asked me some questions about my hair and what I wanted. She also made some suggestions about how to style it. I was very pleased with the result.

I attended an 8am appointment with the understanding that I was having half head colour and trim and blow dry . Due to *****’s commitments she was unable to blow dry my hair, I was aware of this but not happy after being her client for some time.

I was very upset to find out that ***** was not cutting my hair as she had done this for the past 2 years, previously to ***** I was with Kevin a total of 5 years plus. Does not matter how long you have been a client.

I was patronise that I must have got it wrong, but there was no understanding or empathy. My perception was very clear hence why I was arriving so early..

My hair was then blow dried, I asked for bouncy and got flat and lifeless..By a different worker.

The whole experience was meant to make me feel great. But I got the opposite.

I do not like the colour but ***** insists and does not listen...to the client

I went back in for a refund on my blow dry but should have ask for a full refund and an apology. I did not get one.

Really love my hair. Magda has the magic touch! Both the colour and the cut is something only the genie in the lamp could have ordered. Also thanks to Sophie for looking after me too.

Extremely happy with my new hair, which was done by the very talented Magdalena! Very impressed with C19 control in the salon, gives me great confidence when inside. I look forward to going back again. Would highly recommend.

The Salon standards are high in all respects. The Lady who washed my hair put me at ease and gave me a complimentary head massage. It was the first time Magdalena cut my hair. She is a skilled professional hairdresser. A patient attentive listener and gave an excellent haircut.

First time at T&G Pboro. Booked an appointment online easily, and I felt very pampered throughout! Niamh did a fabulous cut which made my tired hair look amazing. I felt very safe in the salon and had no concerns at all. Will definitely be booking again, my hair hasn’t looked or felt this nice for years!

This salon has saved my hair! A previous place had accidentally dyed it bright red after I was trying to go dark brown and Laura has completely got rid of the warm red colour and I now finally have the lovely blonde balayage I wanted! I always leave with the most beautiful hair!

Ania and the team make every trip to the salon feel like an absolute indulgence. Ania listens to my requests as a customer and always leaves me feeling confident and happy!
