My booking with Sharna was on time, friendly and her work - as always - was of a very high standard. As I get older I rely more and more on the ability of your stylists to help me retain my youthful looks and each and every time I come into the salon I walk out feeling confident in my appearance and happy to be seen in public with my many clients. This gives both me and my business dealings a considerable boost. Even my pre cut wash is made to feel like a relaxing and enjoyable experience by the friendly assistants. This level of service is the reason I come back every month and cannot foresee a time when it is not a part of my monthly routine.

I always go to Toni and Guy and love it there- this time my 2 daughters were booked in. Their hair looks great but they were waiting 30 minutes for their appointment which was a real nuisance. so my service rating is only down because of the long wait.

Will start by saying I have been going to the salon for about 17 years, the service is always spot on, never is to much for the staff to accommodate the client, they always make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

The young lady who washed my hair was very gentle & careful & was clearly concentrating on the task & it was a very relaxing experience.
Moving to the hair-cut, Kirsty took note that my hair had grown fast during my 3 weeks in Japan and I left with a neat sleek finish.

First appointment with Courtney today - she patiently listened to me talk incoherently about my haircut then gave me the exact cut that I wanted. Perfect.

I can't recommend this salon enough. Every time I have went to have my hair cut and coloured over the last 8 years. I am treated to five star treatment and made to feel more like a friend than just a client. Most importantly I always leave the salon feeling absolutely amazing and my hair has never looked in better condition and the colour has always been what I have invisioned before hand due to the amazing talents of the top colourist/manager Charlotte and I have been some different colours. Finally I love going there so much so my four year old daughter is now taken there to have her hair cut by my amazing hairdresser Sharna who is fabulous with young children .

Staff are always friendly and welcoming which is the best bit of the salon. My visits could be improved with better coffee & a longer head massage at the backwash. Those small extras would make it more of an experience. TV is a bit repetitive & videos not always appropriate for children. Blow drys are quite pricey.
