About us

TONI&GUY Guernsey have held a prominent position in St Peter Port since opening in 1998. Franchisee Charlotte Nettle and her team are dedicated to providing their clients with the highest standards of customer service and the ultimate salon experience.

As a salon we pride ourselves on providing a professional and friendly serviceand emulate the TONI&GUY ‘catwalk-to-client’ philosophy- salon stylists have worked with the TONI&GUY team at London Fashion Week in February 2011 bringing seasonal hair trends to the team and her clients. Franchisee Charlotte holds the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert Award- her experience and creativity ensures the salon colour technicians are up to date with the latest colour services and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, GHD and Wella Care and Styleto keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

Awful. Came in to have a blow dry before attending a wedding. To start with they were running half an hour late. Wanted beachy waves, showed the stylist a photo beforehand and she said absolutely fine (I’ve showed the same photo to other hairdressers and got exactly what I wanted). I ended up with tight ringlets with my hair frizzy on top, it looked terrible. I raised my concerns and was told the curls would drop throughout the day. The appointment took ages and I was risking being late to the wedding by the end else I would have asked them to fix it or complained and refused to pay. As it was I just had to get out of there as quickly as possible and tie my hair up into a pony tail. The whole thing made my morning extremely stressful.
