I was booked in on Friday at 9am. I was going away so I was keen to get my hair done and booked the morning off before my flight. The hairdresser that was due to colour my hair was late and it transpired that she was sick. Sean and Abbie moved clients around and managed to fit me in. They really went out of their way to ensure I got my hair done. I was really happy with my hair and grateful for all their efforts. Thanks v much!

Went in, at short notice, and asked for most stylists nightmare - a drastic colour change! Mary was wonderful and took my hair from a mop of light blonde to a healthy and shiny brunette.
My daughter went later in the day and had a good 6 inches cut off her ridiculously long (bottom length) hair by Jasmine. It’s still long, exactly as she wanted, but so much nicer and healthier looking now.
We both love the results, thank you so much xx

I have been going to my local T and G for quite a few years now. The chief stylist does my hair. Always a cut and blow dry. She knows exactly the way I like it, and remembers which way my hair lijkes to part. The shampoo and conditioning is good, I take my own shampoo with me as I have allergies to some products.
I am always satisfied with my visits and happy with the results.
It would’ve nice if you could offer a reduction for OAP’s.

I wanted grey /ash grey balayage,however as I had blonde balayage before,the specialist said that is gonna be difficult to do what I was asking.so I thought that doesnt matter if is balayage or highlights since I will notice a difference and grey colour on my hair... I am not happy with the colour of my highlights.i barely can see nothing but just blondish colour.so,your hair salon didn't met my expectations at all.i wanted to see a completely different hair change...its quite sad because I thought that the specialist will try to do the hair I wanted,but it wasn't the result I expected.i really like my hair cut,but for the price I've paid is not enough.i really apologize that I didn't say nothing when I was there,but when I got home I realize that there's not even a shadow of ash/grey colour...

I was in Jersey for my birthday weekend and wanted a wash and blow dry ready for going out in the evening to celebrate. I found it easy to get an appointment and was made to feel very welcome when I arrived. My hairdresser was lovely and friendly and I loved how she made my hair look very shiny and smooth.

As ever the friendly reception and great service by Dawn and the rest of the staff in jersey is great!

Today I came in for my highlights and Mary notice a green tinge in my hair which is caused by bore water (it has never happened before so when ithe tank was checked products needed to be added) Mary managed to deal with the issues and I walked out feeling fantastic with great condition hair - thank you Mary and your colleague (sorry name unknown) for the wonderful advice and keeping me calm
