I haven’t been to a hairdresser for as long as I can remember & Meg made me feel so comfortable and also made me feel good about how my hair looked! She did exactly what I wanted & has boosted my confidence, my hair feels so soft & looks so shiny I’m in love!! Will be making a return x

Have been visiting the salon for 12 months. My stylist is Jess. She cuts and styles my hair as i like but more than that she is a warm sympathetic person. Enjoy my visits.

I always love going to this salon, all of the stylists are so friendly and attentive, and very good at hair! The salon is also the nicest one in Chester and you feel very special when you go. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I went into Mode with no idea about what to do with my hair, and I came out with a great new style that I love! Kaleigh was so lovely, helped me feel so comfortable, and was great at giving me advice on which cut to get and how to style it at home. Thank you so much!

So I am now finding myself at the age of 47, recently disabled and going through a divorce with a 5 year old. I am not exactly at a high point in my life and my hair shows it.

I found my most recent hairdresser had left Mode so I was booked in with Liv. Didn't know her from Adam but I trust Mode to be honest.

I left Mode today honestly thinking I have had the best colour (full head, first time in 2 yrs) and cut I have ever had. Also the most enjoyable experience

I am odd in that I find hairdressers appointments an unnecessary evil and something to be tolerated. Sitting is very painful, something I try and hide.

Liv was both kind and considerate but I have to say the most adept and experienced at doing her job I have ever seen. It was a joy to just watch her but I didn't really know she was doing it. Never mind the really lovely, interesting chat about her cats, dogs and horses. It was not forced, but really fun and easy going. She I think could tell I was nervous and rather ashamed at the stare I was in. She soon took me in hand.

I never, ever usually leave reviews but I have to after today.

I find I have come away with the exact colour and highlighted effect I want but the cut I have honestly never had anything quite like in my life. It falls perfectly and she quickly put a few curls in for me..

I also had a lovely young lady that washed my hair, she actually washed my hair in such a lovely way. First time I have felt in 20 years that I wasn't being drowned.

I was so happy with Mode before but Liv has made it so much more like heaven, I will "endure" it more often from now on.

I am so pleased with my new haircut. After wearing it long and one length for years I decided it was time for a change. I have very thick hair and wanted to add body and movement. I discussed this with my stylist, Marta, and said I’d like a Goldie Hawn ish haircut! We looked at some pictures together, she was patient and gave me advice on what she thought we suit me. Then she set to work with her scissors and created a new me! I love my new do and can highly recommend Marta, she is very skilled.

I had my hair done by keiron lots ,and liv she dose my exstensions which is fabulous work..and young lauren fab at blow drys and washing it too so fantastic this salon ..luv all the stafff ..very welcoming clean &plenty of drinks on offer ; -)

As always, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Mode. Marta is a highly skilled and professional hairdresser who always gives me a great haircut. She always listens and also gives excellent advice when asked. Marta is a talented and highly skilled professional and I would not go to anyone else. Mode is lucky to have her!!

Liv was really lovely and helpful in advising me about the colour I had chosen, what she was going to do during my session, the processes undertaken with my hair and how best to look after/manage it. The style and cut was also lovely, left feeling really happy with my hair.

I was extremely pleased with my cut and finish today as always. All the staff are friendly, polite and professional, especially Megan who styled my hair today. Thank you x

I went in quite anxious because I had never been to a hair dressers before and my hair cut I wanted was quite drastic. But Meg was lovely and walked me through what we would do, was very supportive. Helped in cutting off the hair I was to donate as well. Lovely experience. Lovely people. And cheaper than I expected. Will be back.

Love this salon, staff always so inviting , friendly and so helpful. Megan is a genius and always does the most amazing job. Not forgetting the poor girls who have to wash my thick hair, they definitely need a shout out too!
