Worst experience I have had sadly. Wasnt with the person I booked with and was not told about the price difference until was paying. Was made to feel like I was an inconvenience, wasn't as enjoyable as previous times been there.

Toni is a great hairdresser who listens and goes beyond a great service. She gives you 110% and her tips and insights.are brilliant.My hair has been the best it's been in a very long time. Thank you

My last holiday in the sun had taken its toll on my hair colour and I arrived at the salon ready to ask Michelle what she could recommend. She straight away agreed it was way too light for me and then proceeded to work her usual magic to correct it, taking into account my forthcoming holiday. Expert advice and service as usual from Michelle..... just as I have had for the last 25+ years!

Michelle cut my hair yesterday, I had so many compliments from friends, family and strangers at social club. Michelle has done my hair for a long time and always makes me feel great when I leave salon. Michelle is a kind warm friendly person and makes you feel welcome.

Katie added half a head of highlights to my hair and blended all the tones nicely. My hair had different colours that had grown out and were not blended, my hair is all the same colour now. Extra point for the salon - the chairs at the sinks for washing could be more comfortable. Everything else was great.

Michelle is am excellent hair stylist. She just knows exactly what you want and will make suggestions to suit. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Michelle to other people.

Was away in Chester For a few days and decided to get a haircut,managed to get a walk in ,always nervous when going to a new hairdresser,Michelle was really Friendly asked want I would like done ,was very knowledgeable and talked through and showed me what she was going to do, so that put me at ease and I felt very comfortable,loved my hair cut looks and feels fab , very happy customer,thank you Michelle and great to reminis on the Brum years .

I was gifted a discount voucher by my sister for 50 percent off and got an appointment with Kimberley. Really pleased with the cut and felt Kimberley really listened to how I like my hair to be cut. Excellent will definitely return.

Always look forward to my appointments with Ollie - always a good chat and I always leave transformed. Two hair washes later and it's still as good as when I left the salon - really good condition (especially for coloured hair) and infinitely more manageable - thank you Ollie!
