Saks Hair Salon Chester, Cheshire

Not only has the cut and finish amazing leaving my hair feeling fresh and great, but hairdresser Jay was a delight and had a great experience. First time there and will certainly be returning

Struggle with hair cuts as I have curly hair and everything that makes life difficult. She listened and didn't fob me off and it looks and feels great.

Saks is a salon where you get an outstanding level of specialists, products, and service. It feels like seeing in a family every time you cone to get it out fair done. They stuff are all very friendly and welcoming. They know their customers well and always go out of their way to accommodate your request. A bit on a pricy side, but the products they use are all high end and the quality is top notch, hence justifies the price. I’m a client of 10 years now and have never been disappointed.

I went to Saks for a hair colour change. I had made a absolute state of my hair and I thought it would be impossible to change. Saks reassured me they would do what ever they could to get my hair back brown, and they did! They took just under 4 hours and got my hair perfect. I couldn’t thank the staff enough for what they did for me. I love my hair and I will definitely be returning to Saks!!

Saks was brilliant, I had a lovely lady Jay sort my hair out and I love it! Made my hair exactly how I wanted and even gave me £10 off as a new salon offer. Already booked in for another haircut in March & would highly recommend to anyone. Excellent service!

Lovely new salon with the sun shining through the windows. No more dark Watergate Street. Usual drinks and biscuits and kind staff.

Fab new set up, great feel in the salon.
Really happy with the ever so subtle yet new effect.
Nikki is always up for the colour challenge and translates my not-so-eloquent descriptions perfectly
Hair feels great too
Spa-like relaxing set up at the wash area, with big windows and tree views, although the temp at the was cooler and laying back would be nice to have a rug over you especially with all the treatments.

The new salon is lovely and we wish you every success it’s always a pleasure at Saks great hair and a decent cup of tea. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful I cannot image going anywhere else people ask me were I git my hair done so that’s good enough for me x

A haircut at Saks Chester is always a treat from the moment you walk through the door. From the welcome you get, the coffee, the chat and most importantly the professionalism of the hair treatment and cut which is always personal and of the highest quality.

Had a lovely visit to the Chester Salon today, Nikki did a fantastic job on my cut and highlights. Courtney was also great washing my hair and making sure I was comfortable.

Never having visited the salon before I was made to feel very welcome and a great cut by Jon. I shall definitely be back!

John did my hair following a recommendation. If you want creativity and try something new then John is for you. I am very pleased with the colour and cut. Great little extras like a cup and saucer on a tray, massage chair make it different. Def going back in December.

First time I had been to Saks and was so pleased with the service that I will carry on getting my haircut there, even tho I travel a distance to get there it's well worth it, Stacey is a great hairdresser the only one to get my hair the way I wanted it,she is a lovely person as are all the other staff that work there, the team make you feel very comfortable and are professional in what they do,, a really great team.

In my opinion Saks is by far the best hairdressers in Chester.

I have had my hair cut by Jon for over a year and am always happy with the cut and finish. I have had my hair coloured and love it, I get very nervous when I have my hair cut but Jon always recommends what he thinks and listens to what I want too. I normally change salons quite a bit but have built much trust and loyalty towards SAKS Chester. The salon is lovely as well, great environment and very professional. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Not being local, took a chance when booking, do not regret it. Circumstances changed from my initial booking but Jon couldn't have been more accommodating, and bearing in mind the booking was for 2 this was really appreciated. The service was 1st class and will use again when in Chester. If you're local give Saks a try, Jon and Jen were fabulous.

Been going to saks Chester for around 8 years now (started going when I moved to Chester for University and got a voucher at freshers fair!) and would never go anywhere else. Jon is just fabulous he always makes my experience amazing! He has been doing my hair for around 3 years now. My hair is always in great condition thanks to his honest and constructive advise. He is truly a hairdresser you can trust and will tell you if something won't work. In fact I don't even have to tell him what I want anymore I just leave it up to him and his genius :) - all the staff are truly brilliant, friendly, lovely and super accommodating. It's a high end salon with a friendly laid back feel and that to me couldn't be more perfect x
