Stacey did a wonderful job on my hair on Saturday. She managed to get the colour exactly how I imagined it to be as it had gone a bit too yellow and she worked her magic. I also had a bit of a restyle, very happy with the cut. Thank you Stacey. See you in September.

I have been looking for someone to cut my hair since my hairdresser moved my hair. I have finally found someone! I have had the exact hair cut that I wanted to achieve, as a new mum having an easy quick manageable style with very thick hair was a big ask but I've styled it myself, the ultimate test and it is perfect!Thank you!!!

For someone who is terrified of trying anything new at hairdressers, I was made to be brave in a really lovely way. Both, my stylist, Jurgita and the other stylist who seemed to be training whilst taking time to talk about colour with me, we're just great and understood my silly fear and made me feel OK to go with their recommendation. I have received great complimentary on my hair, too! Will be a Saks visitor forever from now on...

I usually get my hair coloured & cut by Nikki, who is so lovely & brill with my hair, but she as she was already busy today, so I booked in with Stacey instead. Stacey was lovely to chat to, really friendly & was very particular about following what I usually have done by Nikki. I received excellent service from the receptionist and hair stylist. I wasn't sure what colour or style to have. I was shown a colour chart and we decided on a style and colour, both of which I'm very happy with. I will definitely recommend the salon to family and friends

The salon was welcoming offering refreshment on arrival. Nothing but praise for Niki who always gives good advice as well as giving an excellent cut. You always leave with a feel good feeling.

The receptionist and head stylist Nicki were lovely. I bought products which I am extremely pleased with. Very good advice and brilliant customer service.

I was recommended this salon by a couple of my friends a few years back and I have gone there ever since even had them to do my hair on my wedding day (many thanks to Annalee and Nicky - you did a great job)! The staff are fantastic - they are so friendly and knowledgeable - Jon always gives me great advise on what do you when I want to change my style etc. I have since gone on to recommend this salon to others.

My only grip is the price but I suppose you get what you pay for - I never leave the salon feeling disappointed

The customer service is fantastic - always welcome you and make you feel right at home! Within minutes a member of staff asked to take my coat and offered me a drink. Staff here are always so friendly and personable - and I always leave feeling gorgeous as they listen to what I want for my hair and they go above and beyond expectations. Thank you!
