The results are always first class and I leave as a new woman. Both are lovely people, kind and friendly.

Jade coloured my hair followed with a cut by Katie . Both are excellent hairdressers . From the moment I entered the salon I felt safe in the knowledge every precaution had been taken to keep both customers and staff virus safe.
The professionalism and high standards employed do not detract in anyway from the friendliness and efficiency of the all the staff.

Careful consideration has been given to all the well thought through Safety restrictions necessitated by the pandemic, I felt that the expertise, experience and professionalism was of a very high standard.

I was greeted with a welcoming smile and assisted with PPE. In eighteen months I have never been kept waiting for my appointment. The salon is always sparkling and immaculate.

It was lovely to return to the Chester salon and have my hair rescued by Katie, even though she’d cut it so well in February it had survived lockdown well!
The safety procedures implemented are faultless yet extremely straight forward and so well explained.. Great!

Jade did such an outstanding job on my hair! She worked very meticulously and gave me exactly what I was looking for.

I have been one of Mel’s male clients for 10yrs now, and I honestly do not have a bad word to say against her. She is warm and friendly, makes you feel so welcome and comfortable, and is just utterly amazing.

I have never experienced a bad haircut with Mel, she oozes confidence, and I truly would recommend Mel to anybody.

Even during this pandemic all of the staff within Toni and Guy are professional and accommodating. There are extra safeguards in place, but this has not impacted the atmosphere at all.

Rebecca and the team made me feel very welcome and safe- as always Rebecca cut my hair extremely well and I am delighted with my cut and blow dry.

Katie always does a great job of cutting my hair. She is really professional and knows how to work with my hair. (Lots of stylists don’t have a clue with curls.) I love my hair since I have been going to Katie.

Had a fantastic refresh of my hair colour by Chelsea. I wasn’t sure about what she recommended at first but I trusted her expertise and it looks great. Thanks Chelsea

Katie has been doing mine and my daughters hair for a while now and honestly shes amazing. She always finishes it of perfectly and the cut is always perfect. Not only that but shes q lovely lady to chat to and makes the trip to the salon a really fun experience like it should be (even in these crazy times) would recommend to anyone ?

I came in scared to try a new hairdresser as I have thick curly hair and it's often been too much on previous occasions and I've been disappointed. Mel put me at ease straight away, she seemed to relish the challenge. I was so happy with the result - it was better than I ever imagined

Superb service and delighted to meet and have an excellent hair cut from Gary. The salon has been set up to fulfil all safety requirements but also feels comfortable and a nice experience. Not easy to achieve and much appreciated.

Absolutely loved having my haircut for the first time with Katie this week - she made me feel very comfortable and I left the salon so so happy with the cut she had given me! She also offered some great advice on how to move forward with colouring my hair and what the next steps for that are. I’ll definitely be returning!

Initially I thought an expensive blow dry. Then on going it's all in the detailing. The staff are amazing and it is an actual experience as you feel great on leaving. The positive comments off my friends. They know precisely what the customer wants and thank you to Sian and her colleagues

What a lovely and reassuringly normal experience. The salon has arranged everything so that there is very little difference to having one’s hair done prior to the lockdown. Plenty of space, single use towels and capes and the staff wearing visors. A real treat to have my hair washed by Gary as well as my cut. A personal and relaxing experience.
