I came in with a picture of what i wanted. Katie was great she knew exactly what to do and how to cut. As i have tried to get this cut in other hairdresses and they never managed to do it. The way it was cut and styled was perfect i loved it.

Jade was lovely listened to exactly what I wanted and spent the time to decide on what would be best to achieve the final result she was friendly put me at ease as I’ve never had a colour before and I’ve got to say love the results

Mel has been cutting and styling my hair for quite a few years and it is always such a positive experience. Not only is she fabulous at what she does she has such a warm and bubbly personality, I always look forward to going. She has always been open and honest and gives really good styling suggestions.

Just been in to the salon! I was blown away with my time in Toni and Guy! Sian was absolutely amazing with me, I was nervous about getting another haircut as I’ve had some bad experiences, she was knowledgable and really helped me out! Now I love it. So happy

Exceptional service. Gary took considerable time, care and attention working out what style suited me best and then delivering. 2 hours flew by with charming Gary. Have found my hairdresser at last. Only took me 42 years!

So my 11 year old daughter decided to go from really long hair to a short crop today. All the staff were brilliant; smiling and very encouraging.. the stylist chatted to my daughter and made sure she decided on everything herself. It made the visit really nice and we were very well looked after from start to finish!
Considering how long we were there, the price was much cheaper than expected and great value.
Staying open late on a Thursday wa really convenient too.
Highly recommended.

I live in the NE of England and visited the salon as I was in need of a haircut. The male member of staff who welcomed me to the salon was very friendly and attentive. The girl who was washed my hair made me feel relaxed and gave me a gorgeous head masssage and Katie made me feel welcome and did an excellent job of cutting and styling my hair.
I wish this salon was in my hometown of Sunderland, I can’t sing Katie’s or the staff’s praises enough.

Thank you Sian and Toni and Guy Chester. I had a lovely relaxing morning with very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. I love my new hair do! I normally don’t enjoy going to the hairdressers as I don’t know what to ask for and seem to come away with a disappointing haircut but today was totally different. I loved how Sian knew exactly what I wanted, suggested great products, really took time to wash and treat my hair and blow dry it beautifully.

Been going to the Chester branch for 10 years and experienced the talents of most that have been there. For the last 4 years, I've always used Mel. She's the one that always delivers consistently. Great work and fun

Wouldn't go anywhere or to anyone else. Been a client for Mel for around 2/3 years and she's just fab. Honest and so talented. Won't let anyone else touch my hair or fringe now! Best.
