Courtney was very accommodating ensuring Mira (4year old) was comfortable, including not using a hairdryer when Mira was frightened of it. The staff also gave Mira biscuits which made her feel at home. There was no hanging around and it was completed very quickly

I’m not happy with the colour. It’s just not taken as it has previously. I asked for exactly the same that I’ve had for last couple of years. However it feels dull & I can’t tell it’s been highlighted . Matt did say I had a little bit of breakage at the back of my hair but it’s the all over colour. It feels like old fashioned streaks rather than highlights. Jess has previously coloured my hair & prior to Jess , Charlotte & I’ve been really happy with the results. Please can you offer any advice. I do not want to pay again & might have to resign myself to waiting around October time to have it done again. Normally I would be having a colour in December.
I’ve waited a couple of weeks to see if the colour would lift but just hasn’t. I feel very disappointed.

The staff are all incredibly friendly. Upon arrival the greeting was immediate and pleasant. Charlotte listen to what I wanted from my haircut and gave her professional advice when asked. The haircut I left with was amazing, and the entire experience was great. Friendly conversation and a lovely cup of coffee topped off the experience. I also brought my daughter a week ago for her first haircut and the staff again went above and beyond to make it a lovely and comfortable experience for her, Courtney did an amazing job. We'll both be back for future haircuts!

Matt was brilliant, this is the 2nd time he has cut my hair. He was very honest about the condition of my hair, which I appreciated and advised the best options moving forward to improve its condition. 2nd cut and condition had visibly improved.

Went for my usual bob with fringe and my hair was cut really well and Matt helped me chose the texture as I wanted it more puffy and needed the dead ends removing and cut my fringe to the height I asked for. Also told me I can come back for a fringe trim when needed (as I have a tendency to cut my own hair between appointments) so happy!

I went in with an old style that was in need of a complete overhaul, Matt gave me a wonderful new cut and finished my style off with lovely curls, I’m definitely coming back to Matt next time - Thank You Matt!
