I was not happy on attending the salon on time to be told stylist was still putting foils in and my appointment was running 15-20 mins late if they had rung me I would have not minded so much
I found stylist to be rude and rough using my hair to put head in right position. He was totally silent throughout treatment. I would NOT have him again no apology for late appointment.

Courtney was very accommodating ensuring Mira (4year old) was comfortable, including not using a hairdryer when Mira was frightened of it. The staff also gave Mira biscuits which made her feel at home. There was no hanging around and it was completed very quickly

I’m not happy with the colour. It’s just not taken as it has previously. I asked for exactly the same that I’ve had for last couple of years. However it feels dull & I can’t tell it’s been highlighted . Matt did say I had a little bit of breakage at the back of my hair but it’s the all over colour. It feels like old fashioned streaks rather than highlights. Jess has previously coloured my hair & prior to Jess , Charlotte & I’ve been really happy with the results. Please can you offer any advice. I do not want to pay again & might have to resign myself to waiting around October time to have it done again. Normally I would be having a colour in December.
I’ve waited a couple of weeks to see if the colour would lift but just hasn’t. I feel very disappointed.

The staff are all incredibly friendly. Upon arrival the greeting was immediate and pleasant. Charlotte listen to what I wanted from my haircut and gave her professional advice when asked. The haircut I left with was amazing, and the entire experience was great. Friendly conversation and a lovely cup of coffee topped off the experience. I also brought my daughter a week ago for her first haircut and the staff again went above and beyond to make it a lovely and comfortable experience for her, Courtney did an amazing job. We'll both be back for future haircuts!

Receptionist was very friendly, professional and attentive and set you at ease as soon as you entered the salon.
The stylist was helpful in advising a cut and colour to suit my hair, and cut my hair exactly as I wanted! I was very pleased with the result.

Matt was brilliant, this is the 2nd time he has cut my hair. He was very honest about the condition of my hair, which I appreciated and advised the best options moving forward to improve its condition. 2nd cut and condition had visibly improved.
Definitely would recommend the salon and won’t be going anywhere else!
