Im that awful customer that walks in a salon after ruining her hair with bleach and a diy job 🙃 and then expects miracles 😳 however, Kristina was really patient and knowledgeable about starting over and rebalancing my orange 🍊 roots and peroxide blonde 🙈 Kristina took her time and did not pass me through to others from start to finish which I prefer personally and her time and effort was much appreciated and glad I have started my journey at Francesco Group. Cant wait for my extensions once ive repaired my damage fully... Thank you for patience and perfection.

Took my Daughter to have her hair cut with Courtney. She was a little nervous as she has long hair and had a bad experience at another salon where it was cut too short. Courtney took her time. Made sure she was happy with everything and made her feel extra special. The price was amazing value too. We will definitely go back for her next cut.
