I had Booked for an Olaplex treatment at this salon and a blow dry, I was given a hair treatment that was not Olaplex (I’m a fully qualified hairdresser) I am disgusted that people can charge for treatments they are not equipped to carry out or provide. I was left at the backwash for forty five minutes due to over booking and the salon being busy. when the treatment was rinsed my hair was not shampooed and I was asked to sit at the station for my blow dry. My concerns only strengthened at this point as the handling and care of my hair was extremely poor and aggressive. My hair required straightening irons although I’d requested not to have any Excessive heat applied. My overall opinion of this salon is that they lack the basic standards of customer service and care. Initially on arrival when entering the salon, the salon owner scowled over after I’d waited to be acknowledged on arrival. A very uncomfortable welcome to the salon which I’d never experienced before as a potential new client! My advice for this salon is you never know who your next client is going to be. Disgusting customer service all round. As a professional in this industry myself I felt it best to address these issues following my appointment as not to alarm other clients at the time they were having there treatments.

I love going to cherry bomb, the atmosphere is great so chilled and all the girls are lovely. They listen to you and try there best to work miracles sometimes! I wouldn't go anywhere else the service is unbeatable. It's like a big girlie catch up whenever I go, it's my time for me and a little social time too.
All the girls are lovely. I feel so relaxed when I come here. I won't go anywhere else to have my hair done. Everytime I always come away with a result that I love! Can't reccommed the salon enough to anyone. By far the best :)
