Daniel is a lovely stylist very comfortable with him however I’m not really happy with my overall colour as it’s not quite what I asked for.. I dud ask fur more cream blonde but it’s more of a yellow blonde

I just wanted to write a little note about how I'm so appreciative for Liam. I'm not a review person at all.. But I have had a hair transformation with Liam. I lost a lot of hair due to illness and stress but WITH Liam's help my hair is getting healthier and fuller. I've come from abroad where they haven't taken care of my hair colour and health but I've got the best colour I've ever had and what I like is that when I want to change it it's a work in progress. He's become a friend along with being a brilliant colourist.

This young man is a credit to Terence Paul. He’s calm and is extremely clever with colour. In 40 yrs of dyeing my hair it has never looked so healthy and natural. He has talent!

Sylvia is always fab. She’s so friendly and she’s very easy company too. She always listens to exactly what I want, and takes her time to get my hair exactly as I want it to be. I’ve gone from never wanting to get my hair cut to seeing her every 6 weeks or so - I trust her completely!

Had a very good experience yesterday

This was my first time of using the salon and I used the introductory offer. Everyone was very friendly and the final hair style and colour I received was fantastic. However, I was a little disappointed. I was asked to pay £40 upfront on booking (quite rare) but happily did so. There was supposed to be a 25% discount on colour yet I was charged £107. When I queried it, I was told that various products had been used on my hair (as standard practice) and these incurred additional charges. I wouldn’t have minded but I wasn’t asked or advised beforehand and if it is ‘standard practice’, these additional costs should be included in the standard pricing. I was also in the salon for over 5 hours with at least four visits to the sink to rinse out the colour (never been so long in a salon) and on returning home, I noticed that my top had been discoloured all around the collar from bleach (I presume). So, whilst the final hairstyle and colour looked lovely, my first visit came at a hefty price all round.

I always travel about 35 mins to have my hair done with Liam. He always nails the colour and style and my hair has never been healthier! Couldn’t recommend him & TP salon enough

My stylist was Daniel. He was great and really helped me achieve my goal of covering my grey. His advice was honest and was sure to check with senior members of staff to ensure I’d get the right treatment I needed. All members of staff were friendly, the atmosphere comfortable and the salon immaculate. I can’t wait to go back.

I had to cancel my appointment last minute last week with Callum due to a back injury. Last night he was cutting my son’s hair and very kindly asked the lovely Ryley to touch up my roots whilst I was there waiting. Ryley did a fantastic job & thank you to Callum for going above & beyond. x

This is the third time Alex has cut my hair and I always leave feeling fabulous. Alex really listens to what im looking to achieve and also offers lots of advice. Alex is also wonderful at styling my hair so i always feel glam when i leave to. Really lovely and chatty too. Highly recommend.
