Calum is an amazing Hairdresser! He is literally a Hair God!!! Without a Doubt the Best in the Business! His Colours are Incredible and literally done to Perfection. He makes your experience perfect from start to finish including all the little things and his attention to detail he’s amazing. He is so lovely and welcoming and makes you feel very confident and at home in such a Beautiful Salon. It’s always a pleasure to come and see him, along with getting the Best Colour ever!! He’s so knowledgeable and Trustworthy I wouldn’t trust anyone eles! He’s a very very Talented Gentleman!!

Lovely salon, I know this is ridiculous but the coffee is amazing! Also the chairs at the wash station give you a massage. It’s the little things! Oh and Matt is a great colourist. Just a lovely guy and great at what he does.

I couldn’t be happier will my hair colour and new hair extensions. Every time I have my hair done it’s an absolute pleasure coming into the salon. They just get it right every time. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

I have been coming to Calum for years now and on every visit, he ceases to amaze me! I now go in and let him do his thing as I have full trust I will come out of that salon looking unreal ☺️?
He always puts a smile on my face and he goes out of his way to make sure I have the best experience.
I feel privileged to be one of his clients and I will never look back. He will be doing my hair until I am old and grey (only thanks to him I won’t be grey ??)
I recommend Calum to everyone I know and even people I don’t know, as I get so many compliments on my hair.
He is by far the best around!

Short hair is very tricky to get right but Luca nailed it !

Matt was amazing. He listens carefully to what you want and then was careful to execute what you have identified . He wasn’t trying to sell any products. I am happy to trust him again with my hair. He is very professional and a great Hairdressor.

She is excellent at what she achieves and always comes up with new ideas with both my colour and cut. l am never disappointed by the end result and receive many compliments. The salon is friendly with a lovely welcoming and creative team of people to great you.

Amazing as always!

Took all my hair extensions out didn’t even wash them which they normally do. Just put them in as and where, even though the girl who took them out labelled clearly where they had come out from. So ended up taking about an inch off my new hair that was purchased last time and put it in the back. My hair was scraggy at the ends as cut into it far too much. Hair was also all different lengths. Absolute cock up. Absolute disaster and messed about three times by ***** to try and put it right which he promised to do. ***** then cancelled my appointments on the day with only two hours notice three times. He promised to put it right but he never did. He refunded me for only two packs of hair which I have five packs in. I have their Salt hair which nobody else can rebond. So now I have to buy new hair which will cost me at least £500. ***** is only interested now in young girls and celebrities to do their hair. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and gave good tips etc which clearly means nothing!. Doesn’t deserve any business whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone at all going to any of Terence Paul hair salons. They don’t treat their staff nicely and clearly they don’t treat their customers well after this disgraceful experience. Bitterly disappointed as despicable behaviour when in business.

This can be written quite simply - this salon in hale is the best overall experience for hair care. The people, the products used, the hair care - the whole package in my view is hair perfection.

For as long as I can I will never go elsewhere for my hair! I have full trust in Katrina and I always adore my hair after a visit at Terrance Paul.

Luca does a magnificent job, my hair looks exceptional every time, really good strong hands when doing a scalp massage, brilliant WCB. Luca always takes his time to give you a wonderful pampering experience. Always smiling and nothing is too much trouble.

I have really thick difficult hair and Luca did a fab curly blow dry! I’m so pleased with it, will definitely be back!! So happy!!

Great restyle by Liam on hair that is being grown out. It had become a bit bulky in places and now is manageable with a good style. Liam was really helpful, great atmosphere and all staff were lovely.
