Amazing as always!

Took all my hair extensions out didn’t even wash them which they normally do. Just put them in as and where, even though the girl who took them out labelled clearly where they had come out from. So ended up taking about an inch off my new hair that was purchased last time and put it in the back. My hair was scraggy at the ends as cut into it far too much. Hair was also all different lengths. Absolute cock up. Absolute disaster and messed about three times by ***** to try and put it right which he promised to do. ***** then cancelled my appointments on the day with only two hours notice three times. He promised to put it right but he never did. He refunded me for only two packs of hair which I have five packs in. I have their Salt hair which nobody else can rebond. So now I have to buy new hair which will cost me at least £500. ***** is only interested now in young girls and celebrities to do their hair. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and gave good tips etc which clearly means nothing!. Doesn’t deserve any business whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone at all going to any of Terence Paul hair salons. They don’t treat their staff nicely and clearly they don’t treat their customers well after this disgraceful experience. Bitterly disappointed as despicable behaviour when in business.

This can be written quite simply - this salon in hale is the best overall experience for hair care. The people, the products used, the hair care - the whole package in my view is hair perfection.

For as long as I can I will never go elsewhere for my hair! I have full trust in Katrina and I always adore my hair after a visit at Terrance Paul.

Luca does a magnificent job, my hair looks exceptional every time, really good strong hands when doing a scalp massage, brilliant WCB. Luca always takes his time to give you a wonderful pampering experience. Always smiling and nothing is too much trouble.

I have really thick difficult hair and Luca did a fab curly blow dry! I’m so pleased with it, will definitely be back!! So happy!!

Great restyle by Liam on hair that is being grown out. It had become a bit bulky in places and now is manageable with a good style. Liam was really helpful, great atmosphere and all staff were lovely.

This was my 3rd colour with Katrina and she never disappoints! She is amazing at what she does, so friendly and makes you feel at ease. After trying lots of different places and not being fully happy with my hair I'm so glad I finally found somewhere I can trust to do an amazing job.

I am over the moon with my hair! I usually avoid the hair dressers but I needed a change and Liam was the absolute man. He was outstanding to a tee. He made me feel welcome and comfortable and was super knowledgeable about hair. I let him do what he thought was best and I’m just in awe of how may hair looks! He was ace, I will go as far to say that the man deserves a raise and 6 months paid holiday haha. I will definitely be back!

Luca is brilliant, great cut, extremely relaxing, all I want to do is fall asleep. Great massage seats at backwash and Luca does a mean head massage. Staff very pleasant, all in all a lovely experience.

Katrina knows my hair perfectly! She recommended the Salt Hair and it looks and feels amazing! She is amazing at her job.

As always, Luca did a fantastic job with my colour and style! It has taken me a long time to find someone I trust completely again and now I can fully relax when having my hair coloured. Everyone is very polite and helpful, with regular offers of drinks/magazines etc. Clean and bright salon in a really accessible location with a car park to the rear (small fee). I would fully recommend Luca and the salon, thanks so much!

Another great visit to Terrance Paul, with my amazing stylist Katrina. My colour, extensions and cut is stunning. Never do I have to worry what my hair will come out like , if I want a change. Because the final results are always fab. All the staff at this salon make you welcome it’s just 5 star
