I visited the salon today for a consultation following a recent bad experience at a salon in Warrington. Edward was excellent. Friendly knowledgeable and very honest but reassuring. I take meds for an autoimmune disease and he even had some basic knowledge on how the drugs can affect your hair. I was very impressed and booked an appointment for a few weeks following an at home treatment process to help prepare my hair. If you’re reading this Edward I am immensely grateful for your expert advice today. Thank you.

A visit to Tone reinvigorates the soul. As a light blonde with very damaged hair they brought it back to health without compromising style or colour meticulously. The understanding and knowledge that was demonstrated in how to repair, restore and maintain my colour without compromise means despite living over an hours drive away I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are also an amazing team, they work as one and welcome you as soon as you walk through the door.

The best place for a first time Balayage experience, I’m delighted with the results and felt reassured, Edward listened to my request and his colouring expertise gave me the natural lighter look I was aiming for.

I’m very particular about how I have my hair cut and blowdried and after 11 months of searching for a new hairdresser in Chester I’ve FINALLY found what I believe is the best! Edward is super talented at what he does and very passionate, he’s also super lovely which is a bonus! The salon has a very welcoming and happy vibe with no egos in sight. I had a gorgeous colour, cut and blow and I can’t wait to return!
