This was my first visit and I was unsure what to expect. I really appreciated the warm welcome I received and was offered a drink. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The music was upbeat but not too loud and the lighting was very calming. I then met Lauren who was fantastic over understanding the type of concerns I had over my colour (a result from another hair salon) and she instantly just understood the type of change I wanted. I opted for my hair to be toned as well. I found the chairs very comfortable with the leg raisers and Lauren was so gentle with my hair, I felt very relaxed. At the end, I was so pleased with my hair colour as I felt 'more me' and I was treated well. Thankyou so much. I felt happier because of this experience.

I’ve been for the first time but had a great experience. Although it was only a wash and blow dry it was the best I had had in a long time. I’m now wanting to come to her for my colour. Hopefully soon.

I’ve never had my hair done before so was very unsure on what to expect! I called up had a consultation and patch test the same day and had my treatment the next day! Lauren was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. She explained what she was doing each step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and offerd me drinks throughout my appointment. I am so I love with my finished hair. The appointment didn’t rush it at all! All round amazing experience and lovely staff! Couldn’t recommend anymore

All staff members make you feel welcome. Jess has been cutting my hair for years & I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she always talks through what she will be doing & takes time to listen. I always go away happy. Great service & prices too. Highly recommend for cut/ style & colouring too.

I wanted my hair coloured on the Thursday before my wedding. The staff were welcoming & even added a bit extra, without adding to the price I was quoted beforehand. An excellent service was received and I would recommend them to anyone

I've been seeing Jess for years and followed her from salon to salon. I had a cut and blow dry today, Jess talked through everything prior to doing it, listened to my opinion and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout. I wouldn't have anyone else do my hair anymore.

I travel extensively across the world and have had the pleasure of having so many stylists but truth been told you cannot buy a long standing relationship with a good hair stylist. Georgia is by far one of the best I have come across! Nothing is too difficult for her and her understanding of changes that women my age go through is second to none!
